프런트에서 차타고 들어가야 합니다. In은 본관이 아니라 더 안쪽에 들어가 있는 별관. 아침을 늦게 먹으러 가면 걸어서 가야 합니다. 5분정도 거리. 시내와 거리가 있어 호텔에 상주하는 뚝뚝이 비용이 비싸니(5달러) 지나가는 뚝뚝이와 잘 흥정해서 가는 것을 추천합니다. 방에서 wifi 잘 터지고 조용한 편입니다. 실내 수영장은 식당 가운데에 위치해서 이용하기가 애매합니다.

They did not have our reservation upon arrival and the hotel was fully booked. They gave us a room the size of a closet, which had a bathroom with a broken shower pan and covered with mold. Then the a/c did not work. We cancelled the reservation and went to another hotel.

Huge resort, got dumped in the back building
We were staying for 4 nights at the "inn" - where all the cheap rooms are. There is a construction site on the premise and first we had a room to that side even though the whole resort was nearly completely deserted and it would have been easy to give us a different room. The room was tiny, but clean. Terrible air conditioning right over the bed. According to their staff, they don't have actual double beds in the "inn", but only move the twin beds together and barely cover it with 2 loose sheets... We were not impressed. Might be fine for families with kids or older couples, as everything is very easy at the resort and breakfast is great. For a young couple I can only recommend to stay away from this "deal" as there are a lot of better priced more central places available. The hotel is just too far from everything.

4.5 Star Hotel Managed Like a 2 Star
The double bed I booked was two singles pushed together, constantly rolling apart. The room was impossibly small for such a highly rated hotel. The Internet was down for a full day, meaning I needed a tuk tuk into town just to work. The hotel is relatively far from the town, and this becomes the biggest problem. The hotel tries to gouge you on all the prices while providing sub-par services. Want a bottle of water? $5. To get that same bottle of water in the city is under 50 cents. Want a massage? $45. That same massage is $8 in the city. The quality of food at the hotel is far below what you can find on Pub Street at half the cost. It is literally cheaper to take a tuk tuk into town and buy your food and services there. The quality would also be better. The best part of the hotel is the outdoor pool which is quite nice. Overall, find something else closer to the city to hedge your bets.

Wonderful from airport pick up where a fully livered chauffeur waited for us with a very smart limo van to every staff we met in the hotel and the minute where we left and all our baggages were collected for us. The staff was more than helpful, always very smiling, extremely polite and obliging, always trying to help us with the slightest things. Like everyone else, when I booked, I read the bad reviews about this hotel in order to know what to expect in worst case...and I don't understand what these people expected.... I read bad reviews about "flies on fruits" at breakfast....What do you expect, hot country = insect...but I did not notice anything at all. Breakfast takes place in a wonderful open air space with a roof, very attentive staff, lots of food to satisfy European and Asian customers, and best of all with very soothing live music...enchanting ! Much better than an air conditioned restaurant where there would be no insects ! The pool is fantastic and very hot (maybe even too much)...insects in the pool ?..again, this is a tropical country. Did not notice anything but saw every morning 3 staff cleaning the pool with hoover, not just nets for the surface water... The buggies.... we did not need them even though we were at the far end of the complex, it took only 5 minutes walk in a very pleasant environment to reach reception. Many times, whilst I was walking there, buggies stopped asking me if I wanted a lift. HIGHLY RECOMMANDED FOR THAT PRICE !

We really appreciate the hotel upgrading us from the Inn to the Hotel building. The room is very big and comfortable so it makes our 3 nights stay enjoyable. Breakfast was excellence with many choices of food. Service from the staff was professional.

nice hotel, however far from the town
It's a fine hotel. The rooms is simple and nice and clean. The facilities are very good. Especially the swimming pool. They have an indoor pool too and a gym and a spa not that I used any of it but yeah. In my assumption I thought it would about 15 minutes walking distance to the town but not really. It will take almost 30 to 40 minutes and I'm a fast walker. Honestly I would have preferred to stay closer to town next time.

Top class facilities
This is one of the best hotels to relax by the pool in Siem Reap. We stayed in the inn and recieved 5star treatment and facilities without the 5 star price tag. Would have loved to stay longer but had to move on to Phnom Penh.

good choice
since the Inn is shared with the villa facility, the pool area was very nice. The hotel breakfast is one of the best! The hotel is not near the central so we have to take tuk tuk to any where we go. The pick up service by the hotel was great but the return trip to the bus station was expensive ($15/person) Special thank to Mr Phyrun for pre-arrange the Angkor Wat tour for my group and it was a great experience with our tour guide - Mr January.

Beautiful Resort
This was a good stay. The resort is divided into three sections: the hotel, inn, and villas. I stayed in the inn, which is the cheapest option. My room was very small, but the bathroom was a good size. The bed was very comfortable. The room service was good. The staff was great. They were so genuinely nice and the front desk staff was very helpful. Although they were overwhelmed by the many guests, they made sure my needs were met. The location is a little farther out from the city center, but not too far by tuk tuk. Although, they are very close to the airport. The gym was a disappointment. They need upgraded equipment and more weights. This wasn't really a problem as there was an awesome local gym, Angkor Muscle. The whole resort is big like a neighborhood and beautifully decorated with trees and plan life. It felt like it was built in a small rainforest. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel is very clean, the pool area is excellent to relax after a full visiting day, they offer transportation inside the hotel area. The breakfast is very good and varied. I was very pleased with my staying at Sokhalay!

Needs updating
The hotel is part of a resort. Thus sharing all common facilities. The inn is the cheaper end, we found numerous issues from no hot water to malfunctioning AC to leaking shower units. The staff acknowledged the problem saying they are aware and once the Chinese New Year is over they planning to rectify a The INN. Food was ample in selection. Pool was nice and clean, so the resort part was bliss, the hotel let us down.

Hotellet var meget skuffende. 4 stjerner er en joke! Værelserne var beskidte og bitte små. Poolområdet var fint. Maden i restauranten var ok, men alt for dyr og det var tydeligt, at det ikke kun var os, der syntes det, for der var aldrig nogle gæster. Der manglede desuden børnemenuer på menukortet. Morgenmadsbuffeten var dog rigtig god! Vi havde 6 overnatninger på hotellet, hvilket var alt for mange!

Första gången i mitt liv som jag inte stod vid receptionsdisken och checkade in. Vi blev hänvisade till en soffgrupp medan en person ordnade allt, följde oss till rummet och gav info, ordnade biljetter till en dansshow. Frukosten bra och poolområdet vackert. Rummet motsvarade inte utlovade 20 m2. Saftyboxen var inte fastskruvad. Personalen ordnade ett nytt rum. Den kostnadsfria transporten till flygplatsen fungerade inte

Best resort by far
This hotel has the best staff we have ever encountered. Not a few but ALL the people there we friendly, smiling always making sure everything was ok. Asking about our day where we were going or what we visited. You asked for something you got it. The breakfast (included) was truly amazing. There was something to please every nationality and taste buds. I would recommend this hotel to all and we would definately go back there. My only complaint was that the rooms at the Inn are small, but then you can pay more and stay in the villas or the spa hotel. All and all I give it a 10

Good hotel if not interested in extras
The room and hotel were decent as was breakfast. My big complaint was since they didn't have the 3 -bed room at the Inn I had booked available - they "upgraded" me to a hotel room with a roll away bed. It was so uncomfortable! When I looked at the mattress in the morning - I came to realize I had been sleeping on a box spring instead of a mattress! Also, wifi was weak in the room and neither the jacuzzi or sauna were working.

Nice hotel but far from the center. According to the hotels.com map it´s very close, in reality it´s three kilometers and around the hotel there are no place to eat or drink.
