Friendly staff, small & cosy small hotel

If you like a quiet small hotel, this is your choice. With less than 20 rooms, all are adjoining rooms, which is great for families & groups of friends. Pool is very comfortable, & have sunshine all day long. A bit far from the night market, & often tuk tuk drivers have no clue where the hotel is, hence would be great if the hotel can create a map for tuk tuk drivers.

Staff: friendly, helpful n good english speaker~(always care our safety n happiness) Food: can enjoy both Asian & Western breakfast~must try traditional Cambodian soup noodle ;) Environment: quite & natural garden, nice & clear pool, simple & neat room~ Transportation: needa take 10-15mins Tuk Tuk to the city since at the middle of city (Pub Street) & airport~free pick up shuttle from n to airport ~driver is patient n with good driving skill~thanks for waiting us so long at the airport(delay for an hour due to visa n immigration><“) 服務體貼，環境恬靜，中西早餐任「柬」，易達機場，適合遠開城市繁囂熱愛大自然的旅客。

不錯，但遠

酒店整體環境很好，但由於附近樹木多，多蚊多昆蟲。而且遠離市中心，出入每次約usd3。所以每天最少要用多$6在交通費上，出入不要太晚，因為路上燈少，很黑。因為偏遠，未必所有司機識路，有一晚，遇上不懂路的司機，在晚上十點坐車回酒店，超驚嚇... 最好加錢要早餐，因為附近基本上冇任何設施。

位置偏僻, 服務貼心, 環境優美

位置確實偏離市區, 坐Tuk Tuk 約10分鍾, 渡假村外的黃泥路凹凸不平, 每次坐 Tuk Tuk 出入都較辛苦. 但渡假村內的寧靜優美就只能在這止位置才能做到, 還有渡假村只有9間屋子18個房間, 不會有太多客人的吵鬧. 酒店內的服務人員每一位都很親切, 有禮, 及主動. 早餐簡單而美味, 每個早晨都吃兩碗湯米粉. 房務員會在你每次出外時也會為你收拾房間, 令你每次回來也很舒適.

Warmly & friendly hotel

It's awesome to stay here with the friendly staffs, there are peaceful and chill environment,spacious and trendy designer bedroom, fantastic and quiet location only 10 mins to pub street by tuk tuk. I appreciated for the birthday surprise to my sister, especially thsnks for Eddie and team members, I would like to recommend it to all world traveller

a good price to stay in villa in March

it's glad to start our Cambodian trip with the free airport pickup, the resort even allowed us to check in earlier, and offered us a free breakfast when we were waiting for the room to be cleaned up. Free tuktuk service to pub street/local markets will only be arranged in two time slots daily, e.g. 11am and 6pm. Although i have reserved a private pool room, but the pool in the room is too small to swim so we simply swam in the public pool. we joined the cooking class which was interesting and worth joining as the chef would bring us to the local wet market to buy some fresh veggi and ingredient while meat would be provided the hotel kitchen. about the body massage, i felt quite disappointed. I tried the one which cost 26USD in hotel spa room. the lady kept walking around during that ONE hour. I dont know why she had to do it for so many times, the frequency was so high that even my cousin who was doing body massage in the same room with me also sensed that someone always walked nearby >_< we tried the massage in pub street the other night, just 5USD for an hour but it is much worth that the one we paid to the hotel massage!

very lovely hotel with the friendliest hotel staff I have ever met. design is simple and minimalistic but very welcoming. the pool is a great highlight. we spent lots of time enjoying ourselves in the pool. spa was great and value for money. we are very happy with our stay and will definitely come back. though, the location is a bit off the main road, those who crave for convenience to everything, do take note, but in general, 10 mins on tuk tuk will take you to the city centre.

Home from home

Extremely friendly staff. Mr Lucky and Kim went above and beyond in making my stay comfortable, helping to organise my day at Angkor Wat and a cycle tour of the countryside. The pool was lovely, and I was treated to a fresh coconut everyday. I would definitely visit again. Peaceful location but only a 5 minute tut tut ride and you’re at the lively Pub Street with Night Market.

こじんまりとした静かなホテル

2018年4月に7連泊しました。従業員の方が親切で大変居心地の良いホテルでした。英語がほとんど話せない夫婦ですが、フロントの人は粘り強く教えてくれます。アンコールワットにサンライズを見に行く際は、朝食時間より前の出発だったのですがお弁当を準備して待っていてくれました。他の日の朝ご飯は、週末だけメニューが違ったのですがこれがおいしかった！おかゆが最高！また、ホテル自体に部屋数があまりないので、全体的に静かな印象です。アンコール遺跡観光で疲れた体が、メインプールでのんびりビールを飲みながら癒されます。ホテルから市内地（パブストリート）まではトゥクトゥクで3ドル5分ほどです。空港までの片道送迎付きと書いてありますが、実際は行きも帰りも送迎付きでした。ステキな旅行をありがとうございました。

Nice hotel close to airport

Excellent staff welcomed my wife and I right away as we walked in. Food at the restaurant was superb! There is a very beautiful pool in the center of the hotel we took advantage of at night. The only complaint I have is the weak a/c in the room. I was still dripping sweat after a few cold showers. I had to call the front desk and ask for a fan, which helped tremendously. Overall, it's a nice, peaceful, and relaxing hotel.

Oasis in the city

We spent almost two weeks at Tresor d’Angkor Suite in Siem Reap. Driving down the bumpy road at night made us a bit nervous but the moment we pulled into the hotel everything was amazing ! The friendly staff went above and beyond to make our stay special and memorable. We stayed in the Private pool villa suite which I highly recommend! The room came with a King bed and so much room!! It was wonderful to be able to choose between a private, relaxing dip out the back or a full swim in the beautiful main pool. The restaurant on site was really fantastic! As an introduction to Khmer food it exceeded our expectations! We didn’t want to eat anywhere else !! The Manager Kim helped us with booking some wonderful tours! The guides he arranged were all excellent and you can trust that he will send you to the right places! Theary the evening manager is the most cheerful kind girl! Always has a smile on her face and will help you with anything you need any time ! She even organised a yummy complementary dinner for us as we had stayed so long !! Tuk Tuks were organised whenever you wanted into town and they always make sure you knew how to get back! It’s not far away from the main Center and we enjoyed the quietness of it all it felt like you were in the middle of nowhere and when u wanted to go out the tuk tuk rides were fun ! All the other staff were so lovely and I have to commend the two men that worked at the restaurant for their warm hospitality! We will definitely be back

丁寧な接客

丁寧な接客、綺麗で広い部屋、おいしい朝食、最高でした。マイナス面があるとしたら他の宿、中心地から離れていて、周りも暗いので夜はトゥクトゥクなしで出歩けない。その分静かですが。コテージ周りが暗いので少し怖かった。それを差し引いても最高でした。

Un fabuleux séjour dans un resort à taille humaine. Le personnel est chaleureux et compétent, vraiment au petit soin. Le cadre est magnifique et l'hotel est isolé ... loin du bruit En famille ou en couple c'est une bonne adresse. Le personnel s'occupe de vous trouver chauffeur, circuit .... pour vos visites.

Beautiful villa and friendly hotel staffs!

The hotel is tuck in a quiet corner of Siem Reap, so it can get really dark when traveling back to the hotel in the night. But above all, room was clean and cosy, and the staffs were very helpful!

こじんまりとした静かなヴィラ

9棟18組だけなので、こじんまりしており、部屋も清潔、プールも目の前で快適でした。植木が程よくプライバシーを守っているので、ヴィラの開放感とのバランスが良かった。従業員は多くないですが非常にフレンドリー。朝食も選択肢多く、満足。但し、勿論、虫はいます。鳥もうるさいほど鳴きます。ロケーションが少し難点。歩いては何処にも行けない。ホテル前の道はデコボコ。また、帰路、Tuktukが迷子になりました。空港への送迎はあるので、私はコスパ良しと思いました。

La opción con picina privada es lo mejor

La habitación con pileta privada vale la pena,, en amplia y pocos lugares ofrecen algo así. Muy recomendable. El personal excelente.

Staff was wonderful ! Superb customer service. Loved that we felt like we were the only people at the resort because the customer service was that good ! They always made sure tuk tuks were available at night, servers remembered our orders for breakfast and were above and beyond professional and courteous.

Great place to stay in Siem Reap, Cambodia

I had a wonderful stay at Tresor d'Angkor Suites. All of the staff was fantastic and really did their best to make sure I was happy and comfortable. They helped me arrange transportation to the places I wanted to visit during my stay. The food at the restaurant was good and the service was great. I appreciated how welcome the staff made me feel. The room was very comfortable and clean. I highly recommend this resort hotel to others.

静かなリゾートホテル

街から少し離れてる分静かで落ち着けるホテルでした。客室が18室しかありませんので常に静かで非常にリラックスできます。プールも綺麗で庭にはトッケー、マンゴーの木、プルメリアなどリゾート感溢れるホテル。朝食も美味しい。
