El parqueo no es como lo indican

Dicen que el parqueo es disponible pero no dicen que es como a 800 mts en un parqueo público. Me hicieron ir hasta el hotel en carro para luego decirme que me fuera a parquear lejos. Otros hoteles se comunican con uno para preveer estas situaciones. No fue nada agradable la llegada.

Did not realize that the shared bathroom was for all rooms in the hotel not just two adjoining rooms. Quite a hike up the the floor the hotel is located on. Otherwise we found the facilites very clean and the staff ere very helpful and courteous. Location was excellent and our overall experience very positive.

A estadia foi curta, só uma noite, mas de maneira geral, muito boa. Acima das expectativas. O único aspecto mais desfavorável foi que , frente a uma onda de calor acima do normal na regiao, o ventilador disponível não conseguiu refrescar o quarto o suficiente. Por outro lado, uma vista linda da janela do quarto.

Albergo molto centrale e comodo per girare Siena a piedi. La struttura e le stanze sono molto carine, accoglienti e pulite. L'unico aspetto negativo è che i bagni sono in condivisione e al mattino può esserci un po' di fila. La colazione è a buffet, ma vorrei chiedere ai proprietari della struttura di offrire, per favore, qualche opzione vegana (non c'era neanche il latte di soia).

Do not park where they tell you

The location was incredible and the place lovely. Unfortunately the whole thing was ruined when I found my car towed. I parked exactly where they told me to in a paid lot. What they failed to mention was the market that is held there on Wednesdays. It cost me a citation, a long cab ride and a tow bill for a total of over 240 euros. When I messaged the hotel I got no response. To say I was devastated is an understatement.

Extra nice stay

Airy, spacious peaceful place at great price. Enter than listing photos. Perfect location. 2 minute walk from main bus station for all the hill towns. Welcoming and kind owner and decent breakfast (no fruit though- bring your own) . I’d stay again

B&b molto accogliente

La casa di Osio si trova al centro di Siena e ci ho soggiornato per una sola notte. Ho trovato un ambiente pulito, familiare e accogliente, il personale molto gentile e una ricca colazione. Consigliatissimo

Posizione molto comoda. Stanza pulita anche se con arredamento vecchio. Bagno in comune pulito ma doccia e lavandino sarebbero da sistemare un po' (nel lavandino l'acqua scendeva piano, in un bagno il palo della doccia stava per staccarsi). Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Colazione con prodotti confezionati.... non ci è piaciuta molto! Nel complesso direi costoso per quanto offerto, ma l'esperienza tutto sommato è stata positiva.

Totalmente disconforme! Yo ya había pagado las dos noches por adelantado y el el momento de irme muy apurada me cobraron NUEVAMENTE las dos noches!!! Es decir que pague DOS VECES. Ahora sigo en viaje pero a mi vuelta voy a RECLAMAR! Aparte de esa situación cuando llegue no había nadie, había que subir 3 pisos por escalera, todo muy impersonal!!!!!!

Great Location!

Room was mostly clean. The floor could use a good scrubbing and the walls needed painting. Bathroom good except for slow draining sink. Bed was comfortable. Great view from breakfast room. Fabulous central location. Okay breakfast.

Bedste hotel i byen :)

Rigtig dejligt hotel :) Prisen var kun 370 kroner for to personer, og der var fyldt med stemning, rent og god service. Man holder til øverst i bygningen, og der er en lille altan, hvor man har et smukt udsyn over Siena med Toscanas bakker og vinmarker i baggrunden. Hotellet har ingen fast reception, men man modtager al nødvendigt information, ved reservation af et værelse. Morgenmaden var ikke så nærende men god, og der serveres både Italiensk og amerikansk kaffe. City-tax er 5€

Acceptable unit but with some drawbacks

This was a room in an older building. Very large and spacious. Holder tub with handheld shower and curtain. AC was acceptable. But Wi-Fi underperformed, almost felt like dial-up speed. Location a bit removed from the old city. Not really walkable in my opinion. Fortunately Hotel rents bicycles so you can ride to the Old City and not have to rent a bike at a higher price there.

They messed up my reservation and emailed me a couple days before my stay to let me know that I would need to stay in their other location which did not have breakfast but I would at least get the tax off. I emailed them back and told them that was fine and I would go to the other location and gave them my cell phone number in case they had any questions. I had full access to my phone, texting, and emails and never heard anything back from them. So the day of my reservation I head to the location I was told to stay at. I buzz the door, no answer. I then call the woman who took me reservation and she told me they made another mistake and that she had tried to reach me to let me know which she absolutely did not, my phone was working the whole time. She told me I needed to go back to the original location I had booked for. They offered nothing to help me, just to walk there from where I was even though I had paid for a taxi to take me all the way to where I was told to go and by this point the driver had left. It was a 14 minute walk with all my luggage! All I get was a sorry and they offered me the breakfast for free but it’s already included in the price I paid so??? On top of all this, the bathroom was not very clean, the soap dispenser was empty the whole time I was there, they didn’t clean my room once during my stay, and they let people smoke cigarettes by the open window which wafted onto my room. Overall a really disappointing experience.

Disappointed

Hotel switched location at the last moment and informed us that in the new location breakfast was not included. The shared bathroom lock was broken. No air conditioning in this top-floor room.
