Central apartment in the Tartuca Contrada

Castelvecchio24, apartment in the heart of Siena, in the Contrada della Tartuca, located 400m from Piazza del Campo and 300m from the Duomo.

It's located on the ground floor with an automated entrance, has characteristic and functional furnishings and consists of an equipped kitchen, private external bathroom with shower, double bedroom with shower, small internal bathroom and living area with sofa bed.

Despite the central location it is located in a quiet area, it is ideal for those who want to fully experience the city.

In the apartment you'll find everything you need for a pleasant stay.

An equipped kitchen is available, with everything needed to prepare lunches and dinners, including an oven, microwave, kettle and dishwasher.

The structure is completed by the bedroom with double bed and shower, the living area, with dining table and sofa bed and a small bathroom with sink and toilet.

The large bathroom with shower and washing machine is private but outside the apartment, please check the floor plan in the photos.

The apartment is equipped with heating, TV and Wi-Fi, and a washing machine is also available to guests.

A supermarket, pharmacies, bars and restaurants are all within a few hundred meters.

You'll be in the center of the Contrada della Tortuca and during the summer it could happen that you find yourself immersed in the atmosphere of the Palio just by looking out your front door.

The signature of the lease contract is required, which is mandatory in Italy for short-term tourist leases.
