Rien a redire sur la chambre. Tout est ok. Gros bémol sur parking, celui gratuit était comble même de bonne heure. L'autre il duomo payant 2€/h même la nuit,le code de réduction envoyé n'a pas fonctionné soit 36€ pour 18 h de parking. Très rude.

The property was nicely decorated and within walking distance of the major attractions in Siena. Not sure if it is an Italian thing, but, the ones we have stayed at don’t provide soap for showering. Only downside, and that is not too important.

Zentral gelegen, check in auch ohne Rezeption problemlos infolge Email-Vorinfo, großartiges Frühstück in nahe gelegener Bar mit Gutschein. Gutscheine für Frühstück lagen nicht im Zimmer , mussten erst in Office (in Nebenstraße) besorgt werden

PARFAIT !
Facilité d’accès à la chambre, à seulement 5-10min à pieds du parking à l’extérieur de la ville. L’accès à la chambre est autonome et très simple. Celle-ci se situe au centre de la ville, ce qui permet de tout faire à pieds. L’hôtel et la chambre sont d’une propreté parfaite, une carte ainsi que des suggestions de restaurants et lieux à visiter sont à notre disposition dans la chambre en arrivant. Tout est pensé pour passer une séjour sans encombre du début à la fin.

O quarto é muito lindo e limpo! Fica bem no centro da cidade! Amamos muito! Fizemos tudo a pé! A instruções para estacionar o carro também foram fáceis de seguir! Foi perfeito! Ao chegarmos, fomos recebidos com chocolates e uma carta! Tinha chá, café e leite!

What a sweet spot in the heart of Siena. Just steps away from the Duomo and wonderful restaurants. Our room was comfortable and quiet with character and a peek view. We were able to store our bags and staff called us a cab for the train station. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Quattro Contoni, Siena, Italy - NEVER AGAIN
On November 25, 2018 we had 2 night stay reservations, round trip Trenitalia train tickets, and tour tickets to visit the Cathedral in Siena, Italy. The trains were on strike and we could not make the trip to Siena. Then I called the hotel directly to advise them of our dilemma and told him we could not travel to Siena today. He was very rude, he laughed out loud at me, while on the phone, when I told him we needed to cancel our reservation. He told me that was impossible, and he laughed out at me again. I asked his name. He told me that was “not important.” I told him I would be filing a “denuncia”. I told him not to laugh at me. He told me I could take a bus. We were at the train station, it was pouring. I did not know how or where to get a bus. Signor “Not Important” hung up on me. For your information, I used one free night to book this reservation for 2 nights at “Quattro Contoni (5202051). I haven’t lost a lot of money, but Quattro Contoni has lost all of my respect for their rude behavior. I will never try to book with this hotel again. I am also very disappointed with the UK. Hotels.Com email that gives me phone numbers without a country code leaving me in the dark as to which UK country I should call.

Madame, when you called me you told me that you want cancel your reservation for free, i answer that is not possible because the policy of Free Cancellation don't allow that, your answer was " ok, so give me your name because now i call the Police", for that you could hear me smile.. all that was a problem with the trains (of which I could not know anything), but to which however I had proposed the alternative solution to take a bus .. What I think has happened is that you went a bit 'panicked because you did not know how to move from and to Chiusi, to end up taking it with me, that instead I was simply helping you, it is normal and spontaneous to smile at the threats of those who do not want to listen to reasons and who mistreats the people who are helping you, excuse a lot but I do not give my name to people who want to damage me unfairly, the next time better turn with the awareness that we are here to help, the version you wrote is not minimally approachable to the reality, but it is only a reshuffled version, just to satisfy your rage..

Do not book this property!! We arrived there no one answers the bell or phone and not even the “emergency” phone number. We found ourselves outside of a run down building with no where to go and no one to help us. After a while we left while trying to find a place to sleep sitting in a middle of a highway. The owner is rude and didn’t even apologize for what has happened. We asked for the property to be removed from the Expedia website. It was that bad!

Dear GERARD you decided to reserve our smaller room, and you have take the breakfast excluded rate, we wish inform our future guests that we also have bigger spacious rooms, and apartments, and that our guests can decide to add the breakfast service any time they wish taking one of our rate breakfast included or purchasing the breakfast vouchers by our main office at the arrival.

The B&B is very well located and the room has more amenities then you would expect in a B&B. I was surprised with all information (about the city, restaurants, parking, etc) that was already in my room when I arrived at the hotel. The only downsize for this property is the stairs that you have to climb with your luggage.

Pleasant Stay
We were quite surprised to find out that all the interaction with hotel staff is made remotely. This meant that we met with no hotel staff except the very polite cleaner. To our amazement, we had a very enjoyable stay as everything was organised for us when we arrived. The room was spacious and amenities functioned very well. Breakfast was held in the cafe nearby and the staff there were friendly and welcoming. It is also located near Piazza Di Campo and the best gelataria in Siena is just few doors away. I will definitely consider staying here if I visited Siena again.

Luxury Service for Budget Price
Communication from this hotel is by far the best we had on our whole trip. They gave us emails confirming our reservation immediately with all the instructions on how to find and access the property. They speak English very well and are welcoming and relaxed. The property is charming with vaulted ceilings, and provides all the modern comforts with the medieval flavor unique to Siena. They let us store our bags after checkout and also use their bathroom! These guys are really building a good reputation and we would happily stay with them again.

Escribo para dejar constancia de la gran estancia que pase con mi madre en este maravilloso hotel. Todo son buenas criticas, ademas de la acogedora habitacion situada a escasos metros del Duomo y la Plaza del Campo el servicio y la atencion del personal fue sencillamente inmejorable. Tuvimos varios incidentes a lo largo de nuestra estancia en Siena y las personas que atendian en la oficina nos las solucionaron todas con mucha amabilidad, me gustaria agradecer concretamente la labor de Fabio que muy abablemente nos envio una radio que nos olvidamos en el hotel a nuestro pais. We are very sorry, but it's showed in the site and in the mail confirmation, that we are at the second floor, Siena it's an old city and it's not possible have elevator everywhere, may be it's better read with more attention the description of the place..

Les appartements proposés par cet établissement sont situés tout près de la porte Tuffi où se trouve le parking municipal payant. Ne pas oublier de faire tamponner son ticket à la réception toute proche pour bénéficier d'une réduction. L'accès au bâtiment se fait par code électronique. À l'arrivée vous trouvez votre nom sur la porte et un mot de bienvenue. Le service journalier est impeccable. Le petit-déjeuner est servi dans un café pâtisserie tout près sur présentation de vouchers ; le choix est très large et les produits de qualité. Enfin, la piazza del Campo est à quelques minutes et vous laissera un souvenir très fort si, comme nous, vous la découvrez au soleil couchant.

Belle chambre bien placée, sans petit déjeuner.
Belle chambre propre et bien meublée, de taille correcte également, très bien située. En revanche, il n'y avait pas de petit déjeuner contrairement à ce qui était indiqué. Résultat, le rapport qualité prix n'est pas bon et la chambre est chère. Bruyante de surcroît.

朝食付きで申し込んだにもかかわらず、手違いで、エクスプディアからはその連絡が行っておらず、朝食なし、で予約がはいっていたようでした。そのことをスタッフに言ったところ、気持ちよく対応してくれました。ホテルの場所もドームに近く、おいしいレストランも近くにありました。歴史的な建物の中にありますが、設備も申し分ありません。

Nice room but zero customer service
No coffee in-room. No staff on sight ever. Be careful to be sure your rate includes breakfast. I thought by definition a B&B included B&B, but they told us breakfast was 12€ extra per day. When we went to the office (at another location) to ask about busses, we were told to go to the bus station. Apparently management changed, so the rave reviews of Alejandro are moot :(
