When we arrived in our room, there was pee around the toilet and hair on toilet seat. It had not been cleaned. I immediately called front desk and she came right up and cleaned it. She stated that they had a new cleaner that day. They should have followed behind the new cleaner to check her work. Also my bed needed rechanged as there was a hair between the sheets. The front desk clerk took care of all of that and no other problems. Great front desk staff

This place was centrally located to Kartchner Caverns, Coronado National Memorial, Tombstone, and Bisbee. It was also very comfortable and well-kept. The hot tub and pool were very nice. My room had a great view of the western sky and amazing sunsets.

Super friendly staff, especially at check-in, apprectiate the free bottled water and bottle fill station. Breakfast was terrific - really appreciated the gluten-free muffins! Beds were a little firm, but better than too soft! Would stay there again.

I called prior to booking a room as to the hot tub. Was it operational, hot, etc. Desk clerk said it was set at 103 degrees. When we got there and checked it out it was cold but the jets were working. Carlos said he'd get it working, it would take a couple of hours. Much later it was still cold. Pool thermometer was at 80 degrees. Then Carlos said "someone" had pushed the "emergency stop" button and he couldn't do anything about it, but the jets were still working. The next day was the same excuse. It is a health violation and also false advertising to claim the "hot tub" is "hot.". I chose your motel because I was told the hot tub was operational. I come to Sierra Vista frequently as my oldest son lives there. I'll not use your motel again.

I understand how important it is to have all the amenities working properly when you're looking for some relaxation while traveling. When you first reported the issue, the hot tub was working fine and was at the right temperature of 103 degrees. However, we encountered an unexpected mechanical problem, and we tried to fix it multiple times during the weekend. We apologize for any inconvenience you may have faced during your stay and appreciate your patience and understanding.

This property has been updated and is beautiful inside. Next door is a fabulous establishment called Tombstone Brewery with fabulous food and drinks and the friendliest staff ever. Ashly makes a mean margarita.

Room with a view
I got room 216, king bed with a huge balcony. I was able to see my vehiclenfrom the room and had a great view of the pool. Thisbis an older property but was remodeled nicely. The complimentary breakfast was far better than many other chain hotels I stay at frequently. Lots of hot and cold choices, and some of the tastiest turkey sausage patties Ive had. Tombstone Brewing Company has a location next-door with great food, beer and a nice outdoor spqce in back. Pay a little more to stay here, you wont be disappointed! I know I'll be back.
