  • One Bedroom and One Full Bathroom with 2 AC Units. Sleeps Three With Comfort.

    This unit was completely remodeled after hurricanes Helene and Milton. We are finished with the remodel. We do not allow pets at The Cottage.

    The Siesta Key Beach Cottage is located right on Beach Rd directly across the street from the #1 Beach in the USA. Walk out the front door and walk across the street to beach access #7 and you are on the white powder Beach of Siesta Key.

    If you are looking for some lunch after a day at the beach, walk out the front door of The Siesta Key
    Beach Cottage and head around the corner up to the Village. There you will find any type of food
    you can imagine. If the sun has made you thirsty there are plenty of options to grab your favorite
    cocktail while listening to live music while sitting outside.

    There are some chairs and lounge chairs on the patio.

    There is an outdoor shower to rinse off any sand from the beach before entering the unit.

    This is not a condo.

    ..it is a Beach Cottage….

    You will not find a cooler place on the Key to enjoy your vacation.

Our stay in Siesta Key was great! The cottage was just as described and such a short walk to the beach. It was great to have the wagon and beach chairs to be able to use during our stay.

Fantastic in every way! Absolutely loved our stay in this cottage. Incredibly clean with a perfect location. Just across to the beach and walkable to restaurants. We appreciated the beach chairs and outdoor shower. The area was close to everything but also quiet both day and night. The kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed. I have to mention the bed and pillows as it’s rare to have such comfort away from home. I won’t hesitate to book again as this sweet spot really added to the enjoyment of our trip.

The unit was perfect for my husband and I. It was exactly as described. The location to the beach and village is excellent-close enough to walk to both areas without being right in the middle of all of the busy spring break madness. Beautiful cottage, very well appointed, decorated in a professional manner. This cottage was in the perfect location, quiet, and walkable to all of the restaurants and shops in the village. Definitely would stay there again.

We actually stayed 1/23-1/27/2026. Super clean and updated cottage. We loved that we could just walk down to the village for dinner and the beach access was just across the street. The neighborhood was very quiet. The cottage is furnished with plenty of supplies not just starter supplies. We would stay here again.
Gilligan’s Island down in the village had a live band. Great service.

Simply Wonderful

Beautifully done and maintained, relax and getaway from it all retreat place. Within walking distance of all Siesta Key has to offer. Can't say enough, absolutely loved it and we'll be back!
