Check in very easy and instructions were sent early which made travel day less stressful. Kitchen was setup with necessary dishes, etc. It did not have general kitchen items such as oil/cooking spray, coffee, seasonings so make sure you include those in your grocery list

This property was not as advertised. Definitely not elegant. The kitchen had ants, the HVAC did not cool the upstairs bedroom, the dryer ran but did not dry clothes, and the pool was not cleaned when we got there. Most upsetting was the beach situation. Most of the beach was blocked off as private and we only had a small area to enjoy. This was not advertised as a private beach and it was not the beautiful Siesta Key Beach advertised. We only got to stay on the beach one hour due to crowds and lack of space. Very disappointing!
