Nice decor from remodeling. Both patio sliding doors did not work properly making it difficult to utilize the patio. Some photos of the resort are misleading as it looks newer outside than it is. We had a good stay and the front desk staff was very helpful.

Beautiful spot!

We loved the proximity of this unit to the bayside pool! The view at that pool was really beautiful, and was great for both kids and adults. The walk to the beach was enjoyable, and the beach itself was perfect! We really liked the beach chair service. The pictures of the listing were accurate in my opinion, and the bathrooms were dated but not a big deal. Overall, a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again!

Accommodations were okay. Beds in bunk room were really uncomfortable. There was no option to check out late, which would have been nice.

Family Vacation

Overall it was a decent stay. I would say that pictures are very deceiving. There were many broken items (which normally I wouldn’t care but for what we paid I just feel like it should have been in better shape) and the table was so tight to everything that it was hard to walk around it when everyone was seated. Again not make or break but I feel like in the photos it looked much more spacious than it actually is. Now in all fairness it’s very humid in Florida so moisture would be hard on the properties. I just feel like the photos were not very accurate to how it truly looked in real life. It’s a little more run down than you would think by looking at photos. We were pretty bummed that the dryer didn’t work in our unit and that we had to do our laundry throughout the complex. They did reimburse us but as a family of 6 this was extremely inconvenient. I booked a condo for this amenity and packed based on needing to do laundry. So overall it was an ok location but not one that I will book again. The beach was amazing and the pool on the beach side was great! Just not very impressed with the state of the condo. Also someone kept smoking weed in the back area where our patio was so we couldn’t use the patio…

This Was A Last Minute Reservation

We booked just 3 weeks before our stay. We normally prefer ground level but 2nd floor turned out fine. We had stayed here 2 years earlier but were on the Gulf side of the property which we also prefer, but this side had a beautiful, huge hot tub and pool, which we used a lot. Walk to the beach wasn’t bad - about 6/7 minutes. Loved the layout of the unit for our family. Our only complaint was that some of the dishes and utensils weren’t clean. Not the end of the world, but it’s an expectation of any renter for sure. It was probably a one time mistake. Everything else was excellent. Easy check-in, great TV (streaming and cable), clean and comfy decor. We would definitely return.

Mother and daughter time

The unit was located on the bay side of Siesta Key. It was clean and the description was accurate. It was a short walk to the pool and pier on the bay where you could sit and watch the boats go by. The walk to the private beach was a bit further, across the road and thru the beach side condos. Lots of room on the beach for chairs and umbrellas. Siesta Key Village was about two miles away so not in walking distance for me. Glad we had a car. The weather was good for our time there. We had fun and would definitely return. All staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful.

Beach vacation

Great location …as mentioned it is a walk to beach- across street and past other complex buildings…probably a block. The beach was wonderful. Beach chairs provided. A person delivered the chairs to the spot we picked each day and returned them as well. There are 2 pools and a hot tub if you don’t want to walk to beach. Property had washers and dryer’s with free use. All kitchen utensils included and working. Great response to all communication l.

Birthday trip

Very clean. Nice amenities Wish we would have stayed on the other side of the road for easier access to the beach- however it was a short walk across the rod and through the other half of the resort We utilized the free rides several times to go into the village and back to the condo

Great family condo

We had a great time in siesta key with our family. Lots of things to do in Siesta, Key, and Sarasota. Great restaurants and shopping. The beach was amazing. White sands that's not hot on your feet. Gulf Water was warm and we had dinner good waves. The room was nice. Comfortable beds, nice kitchen. Bathrooms were ok. Maybe needing an update soon. And the kitchen faucet was annoying cause you had to keep giggling it to get it to shut off. Our room was a bit of a long walk to get to the beach. Would be awesome if the resort had someone shuttling people. Pools were nice. Used the workout room a few times.

Unit 337 needs a deep clean

The unit could use a deep clean and paint job. There was visible mold in the second bathroom in the tub and in the shower head. The tile needs a good scrubbing. The master bath seemed to be in better shape. The location was excellent in terms of centrally located for where we wanted to get to in Siesta Key. The check in process was very easy and convenient. The pools were in great shape.

Great time in Siesta Key

The property was just as shown in the pictures. Very clean. Nice location on Siesta Key. Able to easily walk to the public beach, but we used the beach that is associated with the Palm Bay Club. We appreciated that there were beach chairs provided by the resort (located by the beach area) that could be used without an additional charge. The two pools were very clean and the water was nice and warm. We especially enjoyed the pool and sitting area by the inland water side. It has a nice view of boats that are traveling by. The resort is well taken care of and the landscaping is very nice also. We had a great time and would recommend staying here.

Beautiful resort, but will not return to this unit

Unit OK but we will return next year at different unit. Master bedroom excellent, but beds in second bedroom are terrible. They are wrapped in plastic (for what, protect against bed wetting), made a racket every move you make. Also, across from us, we heard resort industrial dryer vents running all day everyday.
