This newly remodeled, newly furnished unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and sleeps up to 7 people. There is a king bed in the master suite, There is a king bed in the master suite and a queen and bunk bed with a pull-out trundle bed in the second bedroom. The master bedroom has a private bathroom. The second bathroom has private access from the second bedroom and access from the hallway.

The kitchen is fully stocked with a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, blender, and a Keurig coffee maker. In addition, it has all the pots and pans for any type of cooking that you would like to do. It is also equipped with enough dinnerware and flatware to accommodate 8 persons. There is a breakfast bar that seats 2 and a dining room table for 6.

Leather couches with a matching recliner comfortably seat 6 people in the living room. There are large, flat-screen TVs in the living room and the master bedroom, with a smaller, wall-mounted flat-screen TV in the second bedroom. Wi-Fi and HBO are free.

Located in the 49-unit Sea Shell Condominium complex, we are just steps from the famous white sands of Siesta Key Beach. That means there are no streets to cross to access our private, gated beach. Our location in the complex means you can enjoy a beautiful view and ocean breezes while relaxing on your private deck. Across the street from the Sea Shell are bars, restaurants, shops, a grocery store, a drug store, and many other amenities, so there’s no need to drive anywhere to eat, drink or shop. If you want to visit downtown Siesta Village, there is a free trolley system that runs 7 days a week from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Just cross the street and flag it down!
