Piece of Heaven on Siesta Key

Come stay at our lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo on Siesta Key with access to the beach and the bay. Our unit is located on the bay side and is only a 3 minute walk to our private beach across the street. We have a screened lanai overlooking one of our 2 pools. We also have docks available to accommodate a boat if you decide to bring your boat or rent one while you are here. There are elevators and coin operated washers and dryers on each floor of the building. We are in close proximity to restaurants and shopping. There is a free trolley that can take you anywhere you want to go on Siesta Key that runs 7 days a week. We have recently updated our condo and there are more updates to come in the future.

Wonderful Property - Great Location - Helpful hosts

It was a lovely place - not extremely fancy as it was on the older side - but absolutely lovely nonetheless. A very cool loft area with 2 twin beds (the staircase is very steep and windy so make your own judgement if your kids are old enough/able to navigate it as ours were). I mention the spiral staircase because I notice other customers complained out it ; basically unless you are under four years old or an invalid they are very fun stairs and add to the charm of the place but not for the infirm, very very young or very accident prone.Nice master BR with Kingbed, Nice second BR with full bed, beach stuff and cooler on property (beach is a short walk down the street), a really great , clean place to stay with very responsive hosts! Will stay again!

My family had a wonderful time and enjoyed the Condo. It was in a beautiful location. Couple of recommendations was to get a better mattress for the king bed very hard mattress and make sure the building manager updates the pool hours on the form.

Over all Experience

Place was clean and very roomy. Perfect location for us we are in out 60s with no children. Away from all the crowds but still very easy to get around. Boat docks and beach were a 4 minute walk. I would make one big improvement but a cheap fix. The king bed is very firm (very firm) we had to sleep on the queen bed and it was a little tight. A simple 6 inch memory foam topper would fix the sleeping issue. That will be a deal breaker in the future for us. Jeff&Barb

outstanding property and location!

We had an absolutely awesome stay at the Bay Tree Club! First of all, the grounds and pool areas are all beautifully maintained, with lots of gorgeous landscaping everywhere. There are two great grilling/picnic areas we used, one by the gulf and one by the bay - both with grills and tables/chairs - perfect for outdoor gatherings. Our unit was super clean with updated bathrooms and well-appointed kitchen, lanai with eating area, bright and airy bedrooms, comfortable sofas, HUGE tv, and storage literally everywhere. The unit also came with a beach cabana to store all of our beach gear, it was so convenient! The owner Jack was super responsive and great to deal with. The office staff and maintenance guy were extremely friendly and quick to answer any questions we had! My dad actually stayed in a different complex and he said if he comes down this winter, he will try to get a place at Bay Tree rather than where he was staying – he liked it a lot better! We will definitely be staying here again the next time we're down in Siesta Key!

Perfect, very nice..!

Just as other reviewers have said, the condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay there. Everything was perfect.! In addition to that, Jack is awesome - always quick to answer any questions we had and a very nice person.

Lovely getaway!

This location, on the south end of the key, was perfect for our family! We were able to drive or take the trolley up to the busier end of the island whenever we wanted. But we enjoyed hanging out at the pool as well as our own little piece of the beach there. The condo itself had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We will definitely return!
