Siesta Keys

The apartment is cute. The couch is cloth therefore it was musty smelling. The bed isn't comfortable. It makes a crinkly noise every time you move. My biggest thing is it’s very hot. It states to set AC at 73 and when I’m home my AC is 68. But it’s very close to the beach. The can opener doesn’t work, so if you need one take your own. I’ve always stayed in resorts, so I don’t think I would stay at an apartment on the beach again. It’s too much work.

Siesta key beach getaway

We were wanting something with beach access and as close to the beach as possible. This was exactly that. Although not beach front, it took little effort to walk down the path to reach the beach. A wagon and cooler were provided which made it easy to load up and go. My only complaint was not being able to move the thermostat below 72 degrees which seems low until you’re sweating your butt off coming in from outside. We didn’t want to keep it low all the time but it would have been nice to move it when it was needed. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom was broke and they couldn’t get a technician to fix it for the full week we were there, adding to the not so cool sleeping arrangements. They did give us a box fan which helped a little. The twin bed is super comfy and the other two beds could use a mattress replacement. Communication was easy and just a text away.

4th of July Getaway

We had a great weekend celebrating the 4th! Location was perfect as we were able to see multiple fireworks displays from our location on the beach.

So close to the beach!

Beach access was amazing! Condo was clean and lovely. Loved having 1 1/2 baths, very convenient with teenagers.

Siesta Short Stay

Basically fine. Minor issue with one toilet running and one plug could not get reset to work. Otherwise nice condo, well appointed, convenient for what we needed.

A little older building, but very clean and updated. Spacious unit for two bedroom. AC worked good but was told to keep at no lower than 73.

Pleasant surprise.

It was a pleasant stay. Condo is very comfortable and clean, (love the decoration) I wish it would have had something to hang our wet towels and clothes from the beach. Did not really like arriving at night and having to walk through people smoking in the hallway, it gave it a bad vibe. Felt rushed 1 hour before checkout having the cleaning crew standing outside the window. Cant wait to see how the area looks once construction is finished.
