「The resort was too worn out and smelly room. Food was not good.」

「The carpet is very dirty. I dare not walk on it with barefoot. Cheingum and dust . This is not Four Points’s Stanard. Though, the breakfast is good with a lot of choice」

「I asked a staff to come help refill the body shower foam and he stepped all over the place with his shoes including the mat that I dry my feet on. Uncalled for.」

「I booked this hotel for my family, and they really enjoyed their stay! They loved the beautiful hotel and views, and they had a lot of fun at the mini water parks. Overall, my family had a great time and enjoyed their stay!」

「Pretty nice stay and relax diving.」

On my last day, they suddenly gave me a menu and said I could pick something if I didn't like what was available. I was there for four days and never got that option before. I guess it was their last attempt to fix things, but it was too little, too late.」

「First: Extra friendly and helpful staff! Good location near seaside restaurants and shopping malls. Good breakfast. But 1. Safety box didn't work before and after repairing 2. You had to tell reseption if you wanted to go to swimming pool, because it was locked. Waiting every day somebody to come and open the door. 3. We got somebody elses laundry and some of ours were missing. Found later. 4. The elevator didn't work properly. It left us too high and we had to jump out. Out of order in last...
