I booked suite with balcony, one king size and a twin size bed, they gave me a simple king room. After insisting I got a king bed and 2 twins in one room, king being in the same room in the loft, so not the suite I was expecting. No balcony. I’m not sure they actually had the room I booked… Breakfast was included but breakfast buffet was nearly empty at 915am despite the hotel being mostly empty. Second morning we had breakfast at 730am and breakfast buffet was even more empty, same 6 slices of bread were there from the day before and obviously not very fresh. After asking for some fresh bread I was told the only thing they could offer was crackers. Dinner was average as well.

Excellent séjour , original, au calme

Excellent séjour de 2 jours. Assez proche de Milan . Situé dans une petite commune à la campagne. Environnement très calme. Bâtiment ancien, chambres bien aménagées , literie très confortable et lits spacieux. Petit déjeuner excellent, complet et copieux avec spécialités italiennes, un excellent café , fruits, fromages, jus de fruits, charcuterie, pâtisseries.

Familjärt och underbar frukost

Vi stannade en natt med familjen och hade gärna stannat längre. Hotellet var väldigt rustikt och fint och super härlig service. Tyvärr var restaurangen stängd på måndagar men vi fick tips av personalen på var vi kunde ta oss istället. Höjdpunkten var att sitta på deras underbara innegård och äta frukost och en frukost som var helt fantastisk! Vi kommer tillbaka!

En annorlunda natt

Rummet var charmigt men iskallt. Klockan 5 väcktes man av att det lät som en reamotor startade, varade ca 5 min för att därefter starta efter 30 min igen. Så det blev ingen bra natt för sömn. Vid påtalande av detta så skedde ingen reaktion. Kan bli ett superställe men det behövs lite mer.

Ett fint och mysigt hotell i äldre italiensk stil. Bra restaurang på hotellet som dock ej var öppen för lunch. Jättefin innergård med en härlig pool.

Prachtige omgeving, zeer mooi historisch hotel met prachtige oude verwerkte elementen/stukken. Netheid was ok doch kon iets beter maar hotel reageerde onmiddellijk gepast toen we hierover opmerking maakten. Airco maakt veel lawaai. Diner in het restaurant is echt heel lekker met zeer goede bediening. Ontbijt is goed.

A little gem

Hotel was just what I/we were kooking for - small, cosy, quiet, relaxing, safe. The stay did start with a very unfortunate booking issue as the description of rooms on Hotels.com did not match reality. 2 bedrooms transpired to be one room with pull out sofa! The staff did their absolute best to avoid a disastrous start to our holiday, so after a shaky start, we managed to fully unwind and enjoy the rest of our stay.

Tuffo nel medioevo...

Location molto suggestiva, che sicuramente da il meglio in estate quando si possono gustare la piscina e tutti gli spazi all'aperto. Non ho avuto il tempo per provare la Spa e la palestra, ma ho visto che ci sono. Il ristorante è ottimo, piatti della cucina piemontese rivisitati e una ottima selezione di vini. La camera é ben spaziosa come pure il bagno, mancano solo, a mio avviso, alcuni accessori come un appendiabiti ed un ripiano per la valigia
