「This motel is not open. There are no doors, windows and toilets on the sidewalk. We were advised to go across the street to a Days inn where our reservation would be honored. The lobby was full of dirty laundry in trash bags. I told the manager that there were people all along the sidewalks and on the second floor mezzanine sleeping. He assured me they were just transitioning. Not sure where they were transitioning to. The receptionist let me know to call Expedia for a refund. I have yet to...
