A good place to stay before Conway. Easy parking and getting around. Price is good and compare to the others in this area. Breakfast was OK and enough to bread a day. Recommended for those just want a nice sleep at affordable budget.

This property needs an update. Everything looks tired and worn. Our room had a gash in the bathroom door, an old toilet seat, a few crumbs or dead bugs in one of the drawers, and a torn curtain.

Stayed here because of its convenient location. The place is a bit funky. You need to page or call the staff. No daily maid service. Lot's of questionable locals hanging around the property.

For what I paid, it was a good value. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Only complaint was that no one was manning the front desk later in the evening. Rosie’s Restaurant across the street has excellent food and super friendly staff.

This hotel was very dirty. Also the front desk was extremely unhelpful. You ring a bell and he did not respond for 15min. He also charged us $25 to check in 15 early since we had a wedding at the Preserve at Chocoria Do want to say that the housekeeping staff was very helpful

The room was comfortable and clean. When we arrived to check-in, it took 15 minutes to get a staff person to come to the front desk. We tried the paging system, called the phone number listed, and literally searched all floors and areas of the hotel, to no avail. When a staff member arrived finally at the front desk, he offered no excuse or apology for not being available. There were other guests in line behind us also waiting to chen in.
