"We came to Florida at the last minute and we found this house available to rent. And what a beautiful home it is!! Stefan put a lot of thought into what would be needed to make your stay a pleasant one. The kitchen is very well supplied with everything you need. The beds are very comfortable. Stefan responds quickly with any questions you might have. This is a very nice neighborhood and has many stores and restaurants close by. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here!!"

"Host was great to work with when I made a mistake in the booking dates, he was extremely responsive and worked with us to get the dates corrected. Booking was a last minute change to our plans when we had to travel with our dogs because one of them was wearing a cone of shame and could no longer be boarded. The property was clean, the neighborhood quiet and safe and it was close to my family's home for the holiday. "

"Beautiful house, beds were very comfortable but a bit too high to get into. A lot of the dishes in the cupboards were dirty, particularly a number of glasses. We put everything in the dishwasher before we would use it. 4 knives in the knife block had food stuck to them. Not enough plates and dishes. We also had 2 live roaches. An electric kettle would be useful. These are observations and not complaints. A little more attention to detail could put everything right. But we did enjoy our stay. A clean dishcloth would be better than the used one we had, which was soapy and needed washing. More kitchen towels for drying hand washed crockery. The sofa is very uncomfortable, and not really enough lounge seating for a house that sleeps 6Again these are observations and not complaints. We owned a Florida villa for 20 years, as we lived in it ourselves we knew what was needed to make it comfortable. "
