「Beautiful property and very nice host. I wish I had known the guest house was directly behind the owner's home. Less privacy than we would have liked but very, very nice. The property is secure, quiet, and safe. Absolutely gorgeous setting with the pool and hot tub.My only recommendation is to clean the inside of the washer. The front loader is full of mold/mildew but they are very nice and we used them.Thank you for a great stay.」

「We had a great stay here for two nights. Beautiful new place with plenty of room for the 3 of us. Lots of thoughtful touches and we had everything we needed and then some. Comfortable beds and AC unit in each bedroom and the main room. Easy parking on the street right in front of entry gate. Host was easy to contact and checked in by email to see if we needed help with anything. Highly recommend!」

「Great place and host!! Centralized location and in a safe neighborhood.」

「Great place! I would stay here again. Bed mattress wasn’t very comfortable.」

「Unique and artsy room, very much in the spirit of "glamping." We originally stayed in Topanga to be close to Malibu at a better rate, but were pleasantly surprised to find Topanga a lot more fun than Malibu, a little gem of a town with great cafes.」

「Lovely stay. Kids really enjoyed the game room. House was clean and as advertised. Very easy check-in process. Kevin was an excellent communicator. I would highly recommend this place.」

「Great place and great host. Would recommend to everyone.」

「Beautiful property - the pictures of the pool and outdoor area dont do it justice. Amazing views of the hills and surrounding area for your morning coffee. Had tons of privacy and the quiet break at the end each day when we came back was a welcome relief. Communication with the host was quick and efficient and we encountered no issues while at the property.」

「Stayed here after long drive before visit to Reagan Presidential Library. Perfect place to relax, enjoyed outdoor backyard space (table tennis, corn hole games, hot tub, ample comfy seating) Kitchen has basic equipment. Beds were very comfortable. Driveway parking most welcome after long day on the road.」

「This is a simple but comfortable little place in an absolutely beautiful location. Malibu's beaches are about 10 minutes away and there are lots of hiking options in the canyon as well. The town of Topanga has some great restaurants and coffee too. There is no A/C, but fans are provided and it gets cool at night. I felt like I was at a secret hideaway and loved it!」

「Loved the property, great outdoor hangout spot enjoyed morning and evening. Plenty of room for two couples and one kiddo. Could have easily fit two more kids. Loved the bottle of wine with the welcome. Thanks for our stay!」
