“Amazing place to stay with amazing hosts. Close enough to walk to the CBD if you are prepared and brave enough to conquer/tackle the uphill on the way back. For me it was perfect preparation to running the Knysna Forest Marathon. The room has everything one requires and more: WiFi, hairdryer, fridge, kettle, heater, shower and small touches such as OBS and snacks on arrival as well as a torch in case of a power failure or emergency. “Beautiful room with the most amazing view. Eating a delicious breakfast on our terrace was just heavenly. The staff here are wonderful, they couldn’t be more helpful, but never in an intrusive way. I’d like to give a special mention to Tracey who greeted us with a smile and answered all our queries. The only minor niggle for us was that after a week of travel we had planned to do our laundry here but they are not currently offering a laundry service however we did find a self service……

“Absolutely stunning! The room was clean and spacious, with very comfortable beds. The grounds are lovely which make for a very relaxing stay. Lots of choice at breakfast and evening meals were delicious. Highly recommend.”

“This is a beautiful boutique hotel with room patios that have a spectacular view overlooking the knysna heads. It is set on top of a hill but an easy walk to the mall and waterfront restaurants (not such an easy walk back!) Although the beds are very comfortable, the rooms are a strange shape, and it would have been better to have a sofa in the room instead of the swivel chairs. Also, the bathroom door should be of full length instead of 3/4 length for privacy. Breakfasts were amazing and……
