“The honeymoon room was good. Great views across the golf course. Breakfast was poor in comparison with all the others in South Africa. If the price is good then try to stay at Simola Hotel and golf course. Simola Hotel often reduce their prices right down in last few days, worth waiting.”

“Amazing place to stay with amazing hosts. Close enough to walk to the CBD if you are prepared and brave enough to conquer/tackle the uphill on the way back. For me it was perfect preparation to running the Knysna Forest Marathon. The room has everything one requires and more: WiFi, hairdryer, fridge, kettle, heater, shower and small touches such as OBS and snacks on arrival as well as a torch in case of a power failure or emergency. The fact that DSTV was not available in the room itself,……

“Great stay! The hotel seemed quite new. We had an issue where the air conditioning did not work but the staff were quick to bring a fan to our room. We didn't try the breakfast as the hotel was well located to access coffee shops and restaurants. Would recommend for a short trip for a location with great value for money. ”
