“The staff was definitely not helpful. I called multiple times on different days and would never receive an answer from the motel staff. They did in fact pick up the phone one time and without even saying hello they hung right up. I asked Expedia to help me and the business did not answer there calls either. When I got to the hotel for my stay the one person was outside smoking and on the phone and we had to wait for him to finish and come back in to check us in. I picked a non smoking area since……
