  • A Peaceful Retreat in Sinalunga
    Nestled in the rolling hills of Sinalunga, this WiFi-equipped villa offers a serene escape for up to six guests. Designed for comfort and relaxation, the property features a private terrace, a shared garden, and access to two swimming pools (5 x 3 m and 15 x 7 m, open May–September). The first floor includes a fully equipped open kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer, a living/bedroom with satellite TV, and three comfortable bedrooms.

    Explore Sinalunga’s Historic Charm & Scenic Beauty
    Sinalunga boasts a rich history, with landmarks such as Palazzo Pretorio, a medieval architectural gem, and Parrocchia San Pietro ad Mensulas, one of the oldest churches in the region. Visitors can explore Fonte del Castagno, an ancient fountain dating back to 1265, or take a scenic drive to Piazza del Campo in Siena (35 km away), a stunning medieval square. For nature lovers, Lake Trasimeno (25 km away) offers picturesque views and outdoor activities.

Prachtig en mooi gelegen landgoed op enkele minuten afstand van Sinalunga. Zeer mooie tuin en oude huizen, mooi en groot zwembad. Voldoende schaduw. Het appartement dat wij huurden lag op de eerste verdieping. Woongedeelte is redelijk klein en donker en beperkt uitgerust. Bij slecht weer zou ik dit niet aanraden. Wij konden buiten goed eten. Iets comfortabelere stoelen zou fijn geweest zijn. Gootste nadeel is de beperkte geluidsisolatie. Het wel en wee van de buren (onder, naast) krijg je mee. Eigenaren en hun zoon zijn zeer gastvrij, behulpzaam en verzorgden een overheerlijke maaltijd voor de gasten van locale culinaire hapjes. Appartement is ideaal gelocaliseerd voor allerlei uitstapjes of om heerlijk te onthaasten.

Der Pool hat einen (frei) Bar mit alkoholfreien Getränken und einige Arten von Alkohol. Es gibt einen Weinkeller, wo eine Gebühr eine große Auswahl an Wein und Öl zu fangen. Die 2 Pools und jacquizie sind sauber und tägliche Reinigung e.e.a. Der Grill ist nach dem Gebrauch und Müll gereinigt (außen) täglich afgevoerd.De Tennisplatz ist sehr gepflegt und der Kies ist regelmäßig geveegd.Al in allem eine sehr gepflegte Wohnung und sehr zu empfehlen. Preis / Leistungs-Verhältnis ist top.Dichtsbijzijnde Supermarkt (COOP Supermercado) 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Florance nur 100 km entfernt. Typisch toskanische Dörfer 30 Minuten mit dem Auto
