Judy was excellent, in sharing a colourful guide to Telchac Puerto prior to our arrival, to sending a pic of Francisco the property caretaker (so you know who you're greeting), to making sure the hot meal provided on ...

Home is dirty, run down, smelly, has roaches and DOORS DO NOT LOCK!
The link to google maps that they sent did not work - I spent an additional 45 minutes trying to find the property managers to get the location.
