“Property was exactly as described, a great modern, beautiful villa with small but lovely details thought about. Absolutely stunning and there were fresh cookies on our table when we arrived. Restaurant attached is pricey but fantastic. I have rated this 5 stars and it deserves it but a couple of things which would improve: Breakfast is lovely and included and it’s served in your room however there is no menu so you just have to make it up and proactively remember to give your order to someone……

“Our host Andrei deserves the highest recommendation possible. We had a wonderful stay in a great unit, close to most everything Old Town Brasov has to offer. In this case we had a mechanical issue with the hot water heater, and he replied instantly. When he said he would be over in minutes, he was being honest. He dedicated the time and resource to make a timely repair. He communicated clearly and promptly. Things can go wrong sometimes, and it is during these challenges that a host can……

“The main issue because of which I did not rate 5 stars was the lack of hot water (the water heater was not working, error code on display). The area looks kind of remote (new development) but is easy to go to downtown by car.”
