入住前我們先去寄放行李，服務人員很友善招待，後來發現原來家庭房跟背包客是分開的，有兩個櫃檯，分別從不同的樓梯上去二樓登記入住，我們選擇兩張雙人床的家庭房，房內有淋浴間也方便幫小孩洗澡，孩子們睡上鋪，建議要三歲以上的孩子入住比較不擔心他們爬上爬下，雖然忘了拍照，但櫃子都滿方便收放東西的！

Great stay. The kids wanted to stay in a cube hotel but we didn’t want to share with random travelers so this was great for our family of 5. Very friendly staff! Would stay here again!

Not recommended
Towel was't clean. No person at the front desk. Check in Time was 3:00 PM. Many peoples were wating for checkin In. We can hear eveything from the next to our room. Toilet and shower room was too small for 4 person. Highly recommend to book another hotel.

Great location in Chinatown. Watch out for room 203. Cant sleep there due to an fan coil that was broken and did horrible sound throughout the night.

It was ok
I mean, if you are staying at this place then you know why you are staying there. For being a budget place that gives you a place to sleep and rest your bags, it performs its part. I'd recommend ear-plugs if you are staying in the larger family rooms though, our room was situated by a window that had a very noisy AC-unit outside, it was quite difficult to fall asleep with the AC intermittently blaring in your ear. We had a smaller room for one night as well, and the quality in that room was MUCH higher, so I guess the quality in this place varies a bit. Overall, perfectly serviceable budget accommodation.

This is a specific type of accommodation that may not be right for everyone however we loved how easy it was to get to the local MRT and that we could eat at the local hawkers or the main area of Chinatown. Our room was clean and compact and the stacked queen beds worked great for us.

Great location but small room...
This is a capsule hotel for families, the online pictures do make the room appear bigger than in real life so please keep this in mind when booking. The rooms are not big and can barely fit more than 1-2 people standing. We booked the room which could occupy 6 people but only had 4 and I'm glad I did, we used one bed to store our clothing and backpacks. There was room to store one large suitcase only, the second large suitcase we had against the wall and if we had any more, we wouldn't have space to stand in the room at all. Not suited to people who cannot handle small spaces. Bed was comfy, my kids enjoyed the bunkbed. There were one off free snacks and water provided. Location was great, right next to the MRT, across the road was a large food court with so many selections of cheap food!

Hotel bem localizado no sentido custo-benefício. É um hotel capsula, então o espaço interno dos quartos é muito restrito mas camas mto confortáveis, bom wifi . O maior problema é que os quartos ficam no primeiro andar e não tem elevador e as malas tem de ser carregadas por uma escada ingreme. Não é nada fácil !!

Small rooms no elevator
The rooms are so small. The pictures in the hotels.com website do it no justice. Also no elevator in this hotel so 2 flights of stairs with a family of bags = no fun. Cramped would be an upgrade from what the actual size of the rooms are there is literally 15 square feet of floor space.

Couple of ussues i faced are, no lift, i am in transit and had huge luggage with 2 kids, without lift it became so difficult to take lots of stares, second issue i faced is lack of hot water, and staff has no clue till the manager comes, the last and final issue is no room service. I came

The hotel doesn't comes with lift or escalator, it is a old building in China town and i understand that. But this is a Family Boutique and the room is 3 floors up stairs so i definitely not recommend for family to stay here, moving 4 to 5 heavy luggage to 3 floors is not fun. The bathroom is so small, i cant barely turn my body around without touching the wall or got the bathroom curtain stick to my body when showering, please change to a better curtain. The air conditioning is not working properly, it's like 25 degree in the room when although the air conditioning is set to lowest possible to 17 degree, even the temp at the corridor is much better & cooler than inside my room. Already feedback this issue to the receptionist, and they offer to change to another room, thats the only good side for this hotel. And lastly, the noisy environment and thin wall, i can basically hear everything.... So definitely not recommend this hotel =(

This Capsule hotel is perfect if used for just somewhere to sleep. We had a family for 4 Adults stay in the Family room with 2 queen beds. We didn't have much problem with the accommodations as we woke up early, toured the town and arrived back at the hotel just to sleep. If you are looking for a room to relax in and spend more time in, then this probably isn't the place, as it is very small. The only disappointing part was trying to find the proper place to check in, as CUBE had a few locations and this location did not have the front desk staffed all the time. Other then that, beds were comfy, shower water was warm and the AC worked well!

Effektivt Hotel i chinatown
Lite men veldig smarte rom. Gode og rene senger. Perfekt plassert i chinatown. Veldig rar lukt på hotellet og på rommet. Vet ikke om det var kjemikalier eller hva. Nesten uutholdelig da rommet ikke hadde vinduer.
