Dear Hung Shan, Thank you for your feedback of your stay with us. We apologise that we did not meet your expectations and I have conveyed your message to the team. Regarding the windows in our room, it can only be partially opened for the safety of our guests. As a small boutique hotel, our restaurant space is limited but it takes up the entire rooftop and we concentrate on producing quality food for everyone. The well-liked Tiong Bahru Market is only a 5 minutes’ walk from our hotel and there are several other cafes nearby too. It is very unfortunate to hear that you did not enjoy your stay and we hope you give us another chance in the future.
