環境舒適 location好好 價錢合理 樓下有便利店有好多巴士站。方便出入

嚟到新加坡，學會搭巴士好比搭MRT，酒店側已經有巴士站。相反MRT連動物園也直達不到，要轉巴士。酒店對面就是廟堂及榴蓮檔口，好易找到，再記不到就記得黃埔，就在黃埔街附近

Poor service
Pretty sure the person sold our room to someone else despite it already being paid for as we checked in late around midnigjt, ended up having to wait half an hour for another room.

The room size is small in an old building, but it is close to the city, so it is good to access various tourist attractions. A convenience store and a 24-hour restaurant are right next door, and the hawker center is also nearby, so it's good for a meal.

Worn Out, Dusty room all over, hard mattress & too soft pillows. I feel it's time the Management does something in improving guests comfort. Upkeep of rooms is getting worst

100% unsatisfied
The most terrible ever stay in my life. Room was fully un-tidy and smelled really bad. Especially the bed. It wasn’t re arranged properly and the bedsheets haven’t renewed after previous customer left out. Washroom was really wet and and not cleaned. Towels were also wet I guess they provided the same towels from previous customer. It was provided with only one water bottle for queen size double bed room. 100% unsatisfied.

Substandard accommodation with cigarette smell in the rooms which can be a trouble. The hotel definitely has a shady set of customers dropping by which makes it very awkward for the family members.

10살 남아와 이틀 있다왔어요,좁지만 있을건 다 있어서 괜찮은데 냄새냄새가 베었어요. 로비는 담배냄새가 더 심해요.그나마 방이 낫긴하지만~그것만 아니면 가성비굿굿!!!교통편 진짜 짱

Fine stay.
Room was ok.. Wall too thin occasion noise keep disrupting the sleep. Bed is ok but need change as it made noise when moved about. Limited parking space (3 for entire hotel). Overly priced during festive season. 150% higher than normal.

The room was okay. However the aircon could not be turned off and the beds were making lots of sounds when we move around. The bed linen kept coming out too. It was irritating.

Quite an enjoyable experience
The staff there is rather friendly and apart from the showerhead and the electric kettle not functioning well, everything else was fine. The room is clean and very organized when we got there, nothing seems out of place.

Floor and bedsheets a little dirty
The floor and bed sheets were a little dirty. Place is run down. Overall not my most enjoyable stay. The location is good, which is all this place has going for itself.
