too much ants & bugs, I requested to switch the other room that also has ants & bugs but less than the first room, there is just good for public transportation in couple minutes to bus stop, there has many bus lines that go to anywhere.

Good service of front desk and location is OK.
The hotel not new but overall clean. Location not bad ( not as told said is relight region and dangerous around ) , like to mention is lots of food choices around, all kinds of restaurants near by almost 24 hours can satisfy almost any kind of food you need. And you can take bus to MRT stations easy and nearby, not a problem. If you like to exercise and walking , only take you 10 minutes to get to MRT station and you can get to anywhere Singapore from there. My conclusion is I will stay in this Hotel next time visit Singapore.

The property was very clean & well maintained, however it has to be said that the room and bathroom were absolutely tiny! The shower was a little dangerous as well as when the shower doors were opened you could easily slip into the shower which was at a lower level to the rest of the bathroom. The area the hotel is located in is excellent will all sorts of hawker centres and shops operating often 24/7. There is a laundromat two blocks down the road for when your sweaty clothes need a wash.

Geylang may not be a prime tourist destination but it is never unsafe. This hotel is great value for a night stay and quiet too. Once you know Singapore bus, location is fine to get to center or East Coast. Would come again!

We got moved to Emerald branch but that's okay. The maid was very polite and helpful, the receptionist is not very friendly but get the job done.

I cound not find where the hotel really was located. I went to the other Fragrance hotel nearby and I asked. The front said I was transferred to Fragrance hotel with different area. I had got any advanced notice before. i felt like I was cheated. Then I travelled to the Fragrance that the front said and found that the hotel was very narrow and I could smell a terrible tobacco smoking in non-smoking room. I decided to find other hotels.

I was transferred to the Emerald hotel as the Sunflower is being renovated. The Emerald has undergone renovations which are good but the walls are very thin and you can hear the neighbours change their minds. The pluses at the Emerald are shower screen and carpet in the passages.
