penthouse design, great swimming pool and clean rm
The room assigned to me is a penthouse, bed is on upper floor. If you have elderly come with you, remember to ask reception arranging normal room for you without penthouse. Room is clean and comfort, breakfast is bit expensive in hotel. You can have any other choices just 5 mins walk from hotel. Swimming pool is brilliant and much more better than expected. Size not big but clean and have a good view.

廁所設計是很大的敗筆
酒店房間在新加坡可以接受,地点容易找到,在bugis+商場附近,購物飲食方便,交通方便,無边際泳池正,雖然景觀一般,房間廁所在床边,只有一塊板隔开,有没有味已經不是重点,感覺太差,價格也偏貴,這樣的服務很影響整個集團品牌,希望能認真改善處理。

The worst hotel ever!
房門從第二天就打不開,導致房客必須持續上下樓反映問題,但櫃台小姐重新設定門卡、貌似飯店經理的人上樓處理都無法搞定,最後還必須在門外等另外一位技術人員來重新設定整個門鎖。然後第三天要出門時,整個狀況又上演了一次,但他們只會叫房客等著,處理完就拍拍屁股走人。 對於旅遊時間寶貴的旅客來說,這些意外狀況根本就是在浪費時間,而且這是一間四星級飯店,壓根就不該出現這種狀況(還發生兩次),最重要的是飯店人員的態度,他們不會積極解決問題,對此毫無歉意,更不用想他們會替你換一個房間。以四晚總費用700美金的費用,換來糟到不行的服務態度和一個破門,實在很不值得。 如果你預定這間飯店,最好祈禱入住期間不要碰到任何問題,否則你只會被惹到一肚子氣,因為飯店人員毫無服務可言,還會有人擺臭臉給你看。

貴旅館號稱四星級,但只有2顆星的水平。07/26上午07:30左右,check in櫃台兩位服務人員(一男一女)超沒禮貌,對講中文的華人不屑一顧,只對白人畢恭畢敬。我連住三晚,小孩一進門就一直打噴嚏,塵鬗太多,得吃過敏藥。室內拖鞋髒亂,我第二晚丟垃圾桶後,服務也不再補充,第三晚竟然沒給礦泉水,我在桌上有放小費給清潔人員,錢是收走了,但確沒給基本服務,讓顧客超級不舒服,又怕去櫃臺申請會遭白眼。 我是否該在網路給負面評語,才能讓自己心生平衡,不再有被藐視的羞辱感,更得讓華人知道,在新加坡不講英文,是會被美居飯店櫃台人員羞辱的。

when I checked in the hotel at almost 3 o'clock, the staff said the room was not ready yet. and the room i got was for special care room (for the disabled)!!!! it's very nice to have dedicated room in the hotel but Please reserve it for people who REALLY need it. because it's not convenient for me to stay this room, the space, no backrest chair, very low sink, bed and cabinet. and the restaurant isn't nice, neither as breakfast. the only advantage is the location where is close to Bugis station.

Great location close to shopping and transportatio
Great location opposite to shopping mall and close to transportation. Their staff are very friendly and helpful. When I complained about the noise from the room next door they changed the room for me straight away. The only problem with the hotel is the rooms are not sound proof, you can hear tv noise and people talking from other rooms.

酒店離Bugis站好近,去機場都只係半個鐘左右,而且bugis好多野食。複式房間感覺好舒服,唔會覺得逼
