This is an excellent ocean view condo in the Palm Beach Marriott (r) Resort and Spa on Singer Island. Recently awarded the 2020 Traveller Review Award from Booking.com, this spectacular 4.5 resort is directly on the ocean. As Manager, we at Singer Island Rentals, offer the lowest rates in Palm Beach Marriott (r) Resort and Spa on Singer Island where this private condo is located in it's main building.

In-Room Amenities:
- Washer/dryer and upgraded kitchen appliances
- Basic cooking tools
- Utensils, dishes and glasses
- Bed linens and bath towels

Guests have free access to:
- Fitness Center
- 3 restaurants ( 3800 Ocean, Reef Tiki Bar, Lagoon Cantina)
- 2 pool areas one including a kid's designated water slide and waterfall
- Free towels available at pool for your use at the pools and the beach

Other on-site amenities offering paid services include:

The resort is very nice, people are friendly, very nice bathroom, the balcony views from 18 floors up are great....but. The mattress needs replacing because of pits on both sides. The lamp in living room doesn't work because switch is broken. The phone doesn't work in living room.

Great getaway location. Very professionally done

My wife and I enjoyed our getaway for a few days. Although the weather didn't cooperate enough to enjoy the beach and pool, the amenities were great. The staff were great for check-in, help, etc, and the valet service was very on top of it. We loved the bellman service as well. Truly a vacation for us, so that we had little to do. We used the onsite workout room, and that was a nice perk. Everything was in working order for our rental, so we'd happily come back!

No Hot Water

There was no hot water at the condo for 22hrs - host was not helpful or timely with updates.Host’s response was that it was out of their control and were working to get it restored,The issue constituted a health and safety risk and affected our stay significantly. There was also an issue with a kitchen appliance not working and the host advised they would have their people look into I which did not happen during my stay.I reached out to VRBO customer service via phone and spoke to an agent who was going to investigate. I expect to be compensated (refund) for the period of the issue (ie. 1 Day).The outcome of this will definitely influence my decision to use VRBO again in the future.

The property had everything we could need. We picked up a few essentials before check in and did not leave the resort until we checked out. Perfect spot for R&R and the view from the balcony was exceptional!

Beautiful spot overlooking the ocean and intercoastal

The property was beautiful. Valet is quick. Check in is easy. The rooms are spacious. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The only gripe I have is my spot (#1807) needed a little more dusting. I’m someone whose allergies go nuts with dust so I was a little miserable with sneezing, itchy eyes and the sniffles. That’s just me personally. We stayed here for my husbands 40th birthday weekend. He loved it and was impressed!!!! That’s all that matters.

Beautiful ocean side property

The staff was excellent and so helpful and friendly! The view was beautiful and the condo was very nice. The beach was great, for small fee, u get 2 chairs and umbrella for the day, they set it up, and give u a flag to raise when you want food and drinks. The tiki bar and pools were very nice as well. The resort overall was well kept and well staffed. 2 small problems were all we had. The toilet kept running periodically and the microwave was broken. However they came right away with a new microwave. I would definitely stay here again!

Singer island spa.

Overall…eh. We have stayed at other units in this hotel as well as others on singer island. This unit needs a little help. Light switches are odd and not working properly. Microwave doesn’t work, which I notified the management and they were quick to reply and offer to fix but I waved that off as we don’t use it. Used sponge for sink, we bought our own new ones. Toilet works but you need to hold lever down, which is explained by a note above the toilet. Drain in the vanity sink doesn’t quite work right. No storage containers like Rubbermaid. Hair dryer wasn’t working. Again things we would only use maybe once or twice during the visit but with a Vrbo we would assume to be available. Little things but they add up to influence what should be a 5 star rating.

Best beach!

Had a great time with my family. Room was clean and had amazing views. Beach is perfect for snorkeling and boogie boarding when there are waves. Great location, great restaurants and near Phil Foster snorkel Trail.

Beautiful Stay

Beautiful stay at this luxury resort. High end facility, wonderful and friendly staff, gorgeous beach. Only drawback was the air conditioning in the bedroom was not effective, therefore the room was very warm at night. Not a deal breaker, we would definitely return. Overall, beautiful unit and resort!

Awesome Place

I’d buy this place if it were for sale. The condo is perfectly located. The ocean was beautiful and the view from the balcony is spectacular as you look over the ocean and intracoastal. The condo was clean, the bed was comfortable, the check-in and check-out was easy and quick. Our stay was only three days, but honestly, I could make that place a second home. Thanks for letting us stay there and I hope to book it again soon!

Spring Training

We had a nice stay in the condo. Beautiful ocean and intercostal views. The unit is clean and bright. It had everything that we needed during our stay. The hotel dining room is very noisy and the chairs on the dining patio screech whenever anyone moves their chair. This should be easy to fix.

Pretty Decent!

This condo was very clean, but was NOT OCEANVIEW! We saw water, but no ocean. Very unhappy when i pay a premium price for " oceanfront" and there isnt any. This location is 100% misleading. Also wasnt made aware of construction going on. The owner should give me a partial refund, i will never go back. Ruined our vacation, when im used to listening to waves crash, and you dont hear that at all?? Totally disappointed!

Amazing views!

My husband and I rented this unit for our 33rd Wedding Anniversary. Wonderful unit with amazing views! Very well maintained and well located. The staff were professional & friendly, food at the onsite restaurants was excellent, and we enjoyed the SiSpa experience.
