「Was very jet lagged which is probably why I didn’t think the checkin process was smooth,as it was all digital. Luckily, we got there before reception closed and they could walk me through app. In Cabin 41 there were bed linens, some cleaning supplies, clothes dry rack, working AC. had to pay extra for a hand towel and a bath towel which I don’t believe was explained in the listing. such a big brand name novotel, what u can expect is a guarantee of quality. i m sure everything there was pretty good. the location is slightly far away from the central station. it takes 10-15min walking. if ur going to the station from the hotel, theres a shuttle bus so it doesnt really matter for u to leave. also u can go the city centre by taking the shuttle bus as well.
