「The room was not clean and smell bad. Fridge was very dirty so I didn’t want to put anything. Restroom smell was awful and the sink was stuck somewhere. I sent numerous messages and they asked me to send e-mail. I told that I want to cancel the trip but no one respond. They just say that their team is reviewing, but no one replied until I finally check-out and escape. No worth for spending money at all.」

「Wir haben ein paar Tage in der Maastricht Marina auf einem der Hausboote verbracht und konnten uns gut erholen. Das Hausboot war gut ausgestattet und die Mitarbeiter überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit.Das zusätzlich angebotene Frühstück direkt ans Boot war reichlich und lecker. Schön fanden wir auch das angebotene Wassertaxi (gegen Aufpreis) in die Stadt. Immer gern wieder. 」

「Traumhaft schön. Eine sehr ruhige Lage. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und es fehlt an nichts. Von Kaffee bis hin zu Badezimmersachen war alles da. Für 2 Personen völlig ausreichend (: wir würden sofort wieder buchen. Auch mit Hund war es sehr schön. Man kann gut laufen und es ist ruhig und angenehm.」

「The apartment does not correspond in numerous essential points to the equipment stated in the description: The studio (?) has only around 30 to 40m2 (60m2 are stated), there is no kitchen, no working TV, no tumble dryer, the washing machine may only be operated by the landlady. There is also no closet (only an open "wardrobe" in a kind of storage room), there is only one small side table, only one bedside table and generally no bedside lamps, no hairdryer in the bathroom. There are three doors...
