"It was a wonderful treat to stay in this clean and comfortable updated space in an historic home near downtown Sioux Falls. It’s within walking distance to a nearby church, the historical home district, restaurants and even the Falls and the riverwalk. Nice touch was a coffee pot and fresh coffee to drink, plus a couple of water bottles on the bed. I liked the touch of the hand crocheted afghan on the bed. We would definitely recommend this rental property!"

Hotel On Phillips

Hotel On Phillips

8/10 Good
"My wife and I have stayed here many many times, and likely will again, but this last weekend was disappointing. When we arrived one of the elevators was out of service and internet was down. By the second night BOTH elevators were down and we had a 7th floor room. We will likely stay there again, but might call about elevator functionality first."
