Everything is good ,the staff was nice ! The hotel located in the town which there have a lot of restaurants and coffee shop Just one thing is if you travel by car the shuttle need to wait a bit long to arrive to drive you to pick up your car ,so the parking is 6 mins drive from hotel , but ur car can’t drive in to the road because it’s restricted road .I was waited for 40 mins for the shuttle bus when I check out . Apart from this problem everything was very good !

What a great choice! The first thing to know is that the staff are amazing, esp Tanina. When we arrived, we were hungry. Tanina walked with us down the street to a wonderful restaurant on the water and spoke with staff there, to ensure we had a good table with a view of lake Garda! Additionally, as an Amazon gold member, I was to receive a bottle of wine. Instead, I was upgraded to a Michelin starred restaurant meal instead. WOW! The food there was great, and our server (he was much more than that), Mirko was awesome, and made dinner fantastic. Breakfast was across the street and Tanina always walked us there and made sure the waiter set us up with a wonderful breakfast (included). Additionally, they have an arrangement with Grifo parking, where you drive to Grifo (after talking with them on the intercom [move the ‘help’ button] and providing the code that casa scaligeri provides you the day b4 arrival), you get free parking and shuttle service to/from Grifo to casa scaligeri. The location was fantastic. About one block from the castle and right in the middle of the restaurants and shops within easy walking distance to everything on the island. Definitely go to both the castle tour and the archeological ruins!

Our stay was amazing. The hotel was modern, clean and very well located in the old town. The staff were exceptional! They were incredibly friendly and really helpful in giving recommendations for activities and food places/bookings. It really made our trip following their advice on where to go and when to do things to avoid the crowds or enjoy the views. We would 100% recommend and may go again.

This hotel really deserves a review - it was honestly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in, mainly because of the incredible service. This is a completely genuine experience - the team really listens and puts so much effort into making your stay special. I was there for my birthday, and they made it unforgettable with a surprise room upgrade. The rooms themselves are beautiful, super clean, and just feel amazing to stay in. Everything was so easy and well organized, from the shuttle pick-up and drop-off to the included parking. One of the highlights was the birthday dinner invite at their restaurant, La Rucula 2.0 - such a thoughtful and memorable gesture. What really stood out was how kind and warm everyone was, especially Tanina and the whole team. You can feel that they truly care. The breakfast was great as well, served at the café next to the hotel, and housekeeping was spotless. Overall, the service made this stay not just great, but really special and memorable. If you’re staying in Lake Garda, I would 100% recommend this beautiful hotel in the old town!

Upon arrival we were greeted by Nicola. Check in was seemless. Location was superb! Right outside our door was breakfast every morning and all the shops. He made dinner reservations for us at wonderful restaurants. He arranged a car to take us to a vineyard in Verona, which was wonderful! Tanina helped us plan every day with her knowledge of the area. Ferry right by the hotel took us to any lake town. Tanina even arranged for a car upon check out to take us to the train station. We appreciated all the help with our stay. We would definitely return!

Hands down one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I’m not sure where to start! The staff (in particular Tanina) couldn’t have done more for us. We arrived in Italy during a nationwide travel strike which put everybody attempting to travel in confusion so I messaged Tanina for advice. She was in constant contact for hours where I was trying to get to the hotel from the airport, offering lots of different solutions. Once at Descenzano train station, she organised a car to pick us up. We were then met by a member of the hotel staff by the beautiful castle (on entering Sirmione) and escorted to our hotel. The hotel is small but modern, sleek and nicely decorated. It’s in the perfect location, a walk away from everything you’ll want to see in the town. The port is a 2 minute walk and the hotels restaurant, where you’ll get breakfast, is a minute walk away. The breakfast was very tasty, coffee and orange juice on tap and quick service. Tanina shared her advice on what to do in the local area, Milan and Verona when we asked. She was very informative and always friendly whenever we spoke to her. She arranged an unforgettable meal at a local restaurant for me and my wife on our anniversary and it was incredible! She made our stay even better than it would have been, I must say it’s one of the nicest places I have ever been and we go away multiple times a year, to different destinations. That said, I would happily stay at this hotel again. Thank you all for a great trip
