We checked in for two nights in the junior room, facing the lake. The colors used in the hotel is very calming. And i had birthday welcoming juice in the room for my Birthday. The staff are very helpful and nice. Room was clean and nice. Beware it has open bathroom layout. Balcony is very small but having the view of the lake in front of your sight from the bed is worth it. Unfortunately since the cant turn the air conditioner due to the local city laws, we had to open the windows and mosquitos were all around. And was noisy little bit from the nearby rooms. I shall suggest to the hotel to have portable air conditioners for guests who require extra cooling. Breakfast was very good quality although limited in variety. Overall was very pleasant stay.

Der Aufenthalt war super, auch das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Allerdings waren am Anreisetag je eine Spinne im Schlafzimmer und Bad. Das hat es für mich mit einer Spinnenphobie nicht ganz einfach gemacht. Etwas problematisch war umsere Parkplatz Situation, da wir bis auf den Anreisetag nie auf unserem zugewiesenen Parkplatz stehen konnten, da andere Hotelgäste die Zuweisung ignorierten. Demnach mussten wir das Personal öfter als gewollt darauf aufmerksam machen. Alles in allem aber ein sehr tolles und empfehlenswertes Hotel 👍

Our stay was so nice and relaxing! The property is stunning and the various pools and saunas are wonderful to have included. We also took advantage of a treatment at the spa which was also great. The staff are so attentive and personable. The location is perfect as it’s just down from the hustle and bustle but super close to walk to everything. We would highly recommend!

Fabulous hotel. Small but perfectly formed. Lovely staff who would bend over backwards to help. Arrived at local train station in a dreadful downpour with no taxis for the last 1/2 hour. Phoned hotel and they sorted out transport in minutes for us. The thermal pool was divine and the massage at the spa was exceptional. Breakfast was lovely. Everything was a wonderful finish to our busy one-month trip of Italy. Lake Garda laps the shoreline of the hotel and the short walk to the old town of Sirmione was 10 mins. Terrific stay. Sad to leave.

This hotel is excellent in every aspect. Perfect ealking distance from the old town, lake views, varied and deliciuos options for breakfast and staff who are very friendly and happy to help. I would definitely pay more for the rooms directly overlooking the lake. I'd say 106, 206 and 306 are the best. It's very easy to catch the ferry to everywhere across the lake. Fares start from 3 euros and a glass of very nice local wine, Lugana, is 4 euros which makes for a lovely boat ride.

We stayed in the Junior Suite (Lake view). The room had no fault, had a modern touch and it was very clean and comfortable. Dual sinks and separate bathroom + shower elevated the quality of the stay. We enjoyed every single staffs’ hospitality, very friendly and professional. The scenery you have in jacuzzi/pool is hard to beat, especially accessing to the thermal pool is effortless. Special thanks to Francesca (and other Front desk staffs) and Gerardo (and other F&B staffs). We really appreciate all your kind help with organising spa treatments, airport transfer and private boat tour - they were also fantastic! I would definitely book them next time again!! Simply the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The cleaning staff were excellent the room was clean and tidy every day . The reception staff always helpful , they helped book restaurants and did everything they could to make your stay enjoyable . The spa is fantastic , lake view rooms amazing breakfast plentiful and delicious . Lake Garda is stunning i absolutely adore it there . I would stay there again in a heartbeat.
