  • Location: located in the famous Residence Palazzo Cortese, a small residential complex in Sirolo just 200 meters from the town center and the path to the beach. All the real estate solutions of the structure are newly furnished, and have private parking space and air conditioning.

    Description: completely new - large living room with kitchenette, dining table and double sofa bed - master bedroom with double bed - bedroom with single bed - bathroom with shower cubicle and washing machine - terrace with panoramic view equipped with table and chairs where you can eat – parking space inside the condominium. Air conditioning in every room.

    The price includes:
