Location: Immersed in the centuries-old woodland, at the beginning of path no. 301 of the Conero Park, the ideal house for families who love silence and tranquility, for trekking and mountain bike enthusiasts.

On foot you can reach a famous typical Marche restaurant. A short distance away there is a free shuttle bus stop to reach the center of Sirolo and the beaches of Conero.



Description: First floor of a farmhouse, in Conero stone completely renovated. Independent entrance, living room with sofas and fireplace, kitchen and dining area. Double bedroom with bathroom, bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower. Panoramic perimeter terrace. Garden equipped with gazebo with table and chairs for eating outside. Washing machine. WI-FI. Double parking space.
