Spacious apartment with a private entrance located just a stone's throw from the center of Numana and about 700 meters from the beach, which can be reached on foot or via the free shuttle bus service with a stop just 100 meters away. It consists of: a living room, kitchen, two double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms, and two bathrooms, both with shower stalls. Equipped with a TV and washing machine. Ceiling fans in all rooms. It also features a paved outdoor courtyard.

Prices include water, electricity, and gas consumption, final cleaning, and a parking pass.

Tourist tax (mandatory): €1.50 per person per night (max 7 days; children up to 10 years old excluded).
Bed linens and towels (optional and upon request): €15 per person per set.
