「I gave this listing one star not because it was terrible. We, in fact, did not stay there. On the day we were to arrive the air quality was 'very unhealthy' and the community was on an a 'Ready' alert for evacuation. The Akawa Butte fire was five miles north and was now the priority resource fire in the country. The second day we would have been there, they evacuated two thousand residents. We decided the last thing this community needed was two more tourists to suck up valuable resources...

When making a reservation we weren't given the option to book a Riverfront room or a parking lot View room. There was no delineation of rooms. So when we got there we had a parking lot room. 「This was an easy stay for an overnight to see a show at Hayden Homes. Access was private, place was spacious and clean. Hosts thought of nice touches to make it welcoming and convenient. Would stay again.」

「Absolutely would stay again! One of the cleanest properties we’ve stayed at! We loved how clean it was. We’d rather stay at a 2star hotel that is spotless than a dirty 5star hotel, which has happened to us! This property was beautifully decorated, perfectly cleaned and the staff were lovely! Only caveat was that there was a shuttle to and from the music venue and that was a nightmare. They assigned us times and wrote down our names. Then when we went to get on the shuttle at our assigned time...

「It was nice to have the river outside the deck. The property has some updates, but still looks like an older property. We enjoyed the restaurant, it was nice to sit outside on the beautiful patio. When checking in you need to provide a credit card for incidentals, which is fine. We found out we were billed 195 after check out. Thank goodness I checked my credit card statement. Communication with the management company was good but it did take 3 weeks to get that money credited back. Just make...
