The masia has been fully restored over the past year, preserving its rustic soul and traditional architecture: wooden beam ceilings, natural stone walls, travertine floors, and spacious areas that fill every corner with character and history. The project is in its final phase, with completion scheduled for July 15, 2025 — from that date, we’ll be welcoming our first guests.

Tourist Tax:
€1 per adult/day, applicable for the first 7 days of your stay

Low Season (October to April):

Heating: €300/week

Extra guest supplement from the 9th person: €20 per person/day

Monthly Stays:

Utilities (water, electricity, gas): €1,200 (based on actual consumption)

Pets: €100 per week
