The apartment:
Sitges penthouse is located on a second floor with no lift and it´s divided in two levels.



On the first level our guests will find a large living + dining room with a modern open plan kitchen. This area combines orange and white colors giving a fresh, yet cozy feeling to the set.

The lounge area features two colorful sofas, a coffee table and the technology set, including a flat screen TV, a DVD reader and a HiFi system.

The dining area is equipped with an extendable table with chairs.

The open plan kitchen is fully equipped to prepare all kind of delicious meals. It also includes a dishwasher.

Through a wide corridor our guests will access three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Each bedroom is equipped with a double bed each and has its own storage space. One of the bedrooms (the one with the purple stripe on the wall) has access to a little private terrace.

The main bathroom has a walk in shower. There is also a small bathroom with basin and WC only.

Furthermore there is a small utility room with the washing machine.

A flight of stairs leads you to the upper level, where our guests will find a second full equipped bathroom with shower and a large terrace.

The terrace has two different areas. In one of them there is a large tent with a sofa, two armchairs and a coffee table, ideal for relaxing after a hard sightseeing day.

The other area has two sun loungers for sun lovers. The terrace has water supply and an outdoor shower, perfect for refreshing on those warm summer days.

The penthouse is fully air conditioned and also offers fiber optic free wifi access for our guests convenience.

The CHILL OUT duplex penthouse in Sitges is definitely the best choice for those looking to enjoy an exceptionally large accommodation with all the mod cons, the plus of a large private terrace without giving up being in the center of the action.

The surroundings:
This luxury duplex penthouse in Sitges is truly a jewel in the crown.

The CHILL OUT duplex is located in the middle of Marqués de Montroig St, just where the action is, and it's only 1 minute away from the beach. If staying in a central and luxury accommodation is a must you won't find any better.

All bars, restaurants and the nightlife are literally by your front door. There is a small grocery store nearby open from early in the morning till late in the evening for our guest´s convenience.

Despite its central location the penthouse is very quiet as all bedrooms face the rear side of the building.

Less than 100 mts from the beach.

The local tourist tax is NOT included in the price. The cost of this tax is 1€ (VAT not included) per person over 16 years of age per night, for a maximum of 7 nights.

As per Catalonian regulations, all property guests must register by providing full name, passport details, and address. You can share this information before arrival or on check-in day. All guests must present identification documents and will need to sign the tourist rental agreement. Thank you for your cooperation.

Any check-in later than 9pm has an extra cost of 40€.

Damage deposit collected by credit card on your arrival date (unless otherwise agreed in advance) to entitle us to charge you up to 300€ in the unlikely event of finding any issue when we visit the property after your check out.
