「Best resort to ever stay at.」

「I liked my room which has a separate room. But the breakfast was not in good quality and the staff and I had communication issues (they didn’t understand my English well and I don’t speak Bengali .) So I didn’t enjoy my stay fully.」

「My family had a good experience staying at this hotel. The location, staffs and foods are good. Price looked to be bit expensive to me. But overall it was nice. Definitely recommend to others.」

「We stayed at the bungalow for 8 days. The design and amenities were brilliant. The property is very well maintained. The dining staff and menu were great. There is a game room we enjoyed. The view outside the balconies and terrace of rural bengal is great. This is located close to some great dining options within 5-10 minutes. Overall much better than crowded resorts in Shantiniketan.」

「Overall our stay was fine with some issues. The biggest issue was the bed had no blanket whatsoever and the blanket provided in the closet was way to thick and warm, they have a beautiful courtyard and pool area but the only area with food was inside, a place to be able to eat in the courtyard would have been very lovely. They also had just about every drink possible except diet coke/coke zero sugar. The fridge also never seemed to work during our stay.」

「If I could give this 0 stars I would. The room was dirty, the sheets and towels were dirty. The bathroom was dated and dirty. The fridge was rusty. The windows didn’t shut properly so the mosquitos got in and we were woken in the night by what sounded like someone retching outside. We stayed one night because we had to and left early the next morning.」

「EXCELLENT PROPERTY.STAFF VERY GOOD.ANANYA,THE CHIEF CORDINATOR SUPER. HUMAN BEING,TAKES PERSONAL CARE」

「I paid for my attorney to stay at that property. There was no phone in the room, TV did not work they had to send someone to fix the TV every time she wanted to watch. The generator only keeps 1 light and a fan on. I will never use that hotel again.」
