"The staff were very friendly. The hotel itself is very nice. Amenities are great. The beds and pillows were pretty comfortable. However, bathroom was not clean and the roof was dirty in certain areas. Also, the indoor pool closes at 9pm which in my opinion is too early. "

"Check-in took forever.. When I went to checkout, no one was at the desk . Room was decent but dont plan on good coffee or soap even. Was thankful I brought my own."

"This place is right next to a road and lots of road noises at night. The AC/heater makes loud noise that you can’t sleep. For a motel room, the room is pretty clean. But the location is just terrible. I would not stay here as I can’t even get a decent sleep here. "

"Check in was simple and easy. This property was only a 20min walk through a gorgeous neighborhood to the end of the Brown metro line. The bedding arrangement was not accurate with the listing upon arrival. A Queen, a trundel with 2 Twins, and a large couch were able to sleep the 4 adults in this party. The "Twin" in the cubby is only sizeable for a child, not in this party. Other than sleeping arrangements, the space was gorgeous, well kept and well supplied for everyday needs."

"I would put in the instructions that there may be limited street parking but during cubs games or events at Wrigley, a parking pass is required. "
