"Well when I arrived it was a nice atmosphere and the front desk was friendly. I had booked a room with two queen beds. When we got to the room we unpacked the beds were clean and the room seems to be in order even though it was alittle bit outdated. Turn down service didn't really happen. I had to go to the front desk to ask for more towels our second day. The beds left alot to be desired. The tvs were old. The bathroom needs a fan so that there is airflow because they had mold problems. The pillows were surprisingly comfy. The beds were the wrong size. They gave us a room with two full beds not two queens. "

"The apartment was a great location and walkable to almost everything we needed. The parking passes allowed for parking in any residential parking area in Wrigleyville, which was nice.. The space little on the cold side but it’s in essence a basement. The space heaters helped take the chill off the room. "

"Really neat eclectic B&B in midtown Chicago. Very friendly and accessible staff, very clean, and quiet. Breakfast is usual fare but preparation and ingredients are excellent. I do wish they had breakfast potatoes as an option on their menu though. Bed is very comfy but room and BR are a little cramped. "

"It was an okay experience. It was cozy but there are certainly things that can be improved. To begin with, there was no control of thermostat, controlling temperature is a necessity, i woke up with a sore throat because the night got too cold. The iron was not working, it was not heating up after 10 mins, i could touch it with my hand. If people have plans and need quick ironing it can be an issue. Lastly, the sofa is a bit uncomfortable. It felt like it will fall off. It would have been a great experience otherwise due to location, the cozy experience and how homey it felt. "
