"I absolutely love this hotel. It was amazing, the staff were all so friendly and helpful. They upgraded us to the swim out pool room upon arrival, it was such an lovely surprise. This hotel really made our trip so special and comfortable. Breakfast was great, had so many options. There’s even parking available for us when we rented a car. There lots within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone! We will definitely stay here again when we return. "

"Outdated rooms, old towels, breakfast was ok, but I didn't like the coffee machine as coffee was very weak. Location was very nice and the two balconies had a lovely view of the water. At night it could be noisy due to people partying in the square."

The staff are friendly and clearly try hard, though at times the attentiveness wasn’t quite at the level you’d expect from a hotel of this standard. Overall, a very good option for a relaxing stay in Zante."
