A holiday cottage for nature lovers, overlooking the lake, private and surrounded by a beautiful nature. At your own pier is your rowing boat. Enjoy the beautiful lake, Stora Neden. Try your luck fishing. Here you also have your own small beach, divided by the laid out piers. The area invites to long walks and bike rides. From the entrance you have the bathroom with shower and washing machine and two smaller bedrooms each with a single bed. The open kitchen is well equipped and has a dishwasher. The large cottage is spacious and has a dining area and a lovely wood burning stove, for a bit chilly evenings. A newly built lovely conservatory with large windows and sliding doors. Here you spend a lot of time, especially in the evenings and watch the sun go down over the lake. From the living room and conservatory you have access to a spacious terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Maybe you grill your own freshly caught fish. Right next to the cottage there is a spacious guest cottage with a bunk bed and a sofa bed for two people. Should the weather not offer wonderful outdoor activities, there is during the summer wifi md 100 Mbit / Sec to stream and download movies. The plot is spacious and framed by beautiful forest, open to the lake and its own jetty. The lawn is perfect for family activities and over the children's games, the adults have good control from the terrace. In the lake Stora Neden there are both pike and perch. Fishing license required and valid for several lakes in the area. The area where your cottage is located is idyllic and very rich in lakes. Here you are always close to nice fishing waters, excellent canoeing experiences, calm outdoor swimming pools, inspiring bike rides and pleasant hiking trails. There are several golf courses in the area, the closest is Hofgård Golf Club, about 7.6 km away. It is only about 20 km to Varberg's popular summer town and to Gekås large shopping center in Ullared it is only a short drive.
