“Stayed here for Syracuse U. parents' weekend. Location was perfect, about 12 minutes from campus. House was lovely. Well-appointed with everything you would need, communication from owner was A+. Highly-recommend. ”

“We stayed as an extended family. Half the family was from the area. The owner was super nice and helped us get in a little bit earlier as we had been stuck in airports for 36 hours prior. The youngest enjoyed the fishing and the extra toys that were available. This spot on the lake is one of the best for fishing and for the kids to swimThe dryer did break down and the owners had a new one out the next morning on a holiday weekend. You can't ask for more. “The location was in a quiet spot and within walking distance to several restaurants (Dunkin Donuts, Hobo’s 281 Bar & Grill, a pizza place, and two ice cream shops. The Gutchess Lumber Sports Complex is only a short distance away for those who have baseball players and for those looking for some fun, try Shipwreck Golf (has both indoor and outdoor mini golf) which was fun for all ages. The VRBO was located in a very safe neighborhood which allowed me to go for my morning runs without any……

“Although the owners were very responsive, we were disappointed in this property. The kitchen was very poorly stocked, there were not enough towels and the bed linens and pillows were old and flimsy. We contacted the owner and he arrived within 20 min with new towels and a few pillows. The bathrooms and the refrigerator could have been cleaner. ”

“You couldn't ask for a better location if you like having tons of food and adult beverages right out your front door since you are right downtown. Beautiful modern yet vintage feel, comfortable king bed and nice hot shower. We did not prepare any food during our 4 day stay but there was plenty of appliances and dishes if we wanted to do that. Only a mini fridge but again with all the eating options downtown really no reason to stay in. Cannot do laundry but we did find a laundry mat if needed……

“The hosts for this property are so kind and attentive! We couldn't have asked for a better stay. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything! The home is beautiful and very clean. So welcoming and beautifully decorated for the Memorial Day and 4th of July holidays. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to cook meals and even comes with spices, coffee, extra snacks, drinks and many other amenities! We felt very spoiled.We really enjoyed our stay and will be in touch with Sue……
