「I was only in Dublin for the day/night, however the experience at 31 was superb. Staff were friendly, attentive and dedicated to service excellence. From the beginning to my departure I was looked after. The room was immaculate and well appointed and deserved the price point. The candle gift was a lovely touch as were the sweet treats! The exterior terrace was very nice and the fire was very pleasant. Highly recommend for a quick visit and or if you are staying for longer. I will be back...

「Great place to sleep in Dublin for a night or two. Room was huge - there were 2 of us but it could have slept 6! It was about a 20 minute walk to the centre which was perfect for exploring and the price was excellent compared to other hotels. It was self-check-in so we didn't see any staff.」

「Stephen and Maria were at the door to great us on our arrival which was an an excellent way to make us feel very welcome after a long day of travel. Helped us with our luggage and showed us to our room. Stephen explained everything about the area, how to get there and the best places to eat. My wife and I felt very comfortable indeed. 「This is a nice guest house. We stayed in a large room with enough beds to fit our whole family. There is a fridge and a microwave in the common area. The breakfast was affordable and good. 「We were four adults ending our two week trip through Ireland. The farmhouse is only twenty minutes or so from the Dublin airport but totally out in the country. Mary, our host, was friendly, gracious and helpful. She made breakfast for us a half hour earlier than usual because we had to catch our plane. The rooms were small but comfortable. 」
