The building space of the newly build Villa is 640 square metres, it has 9 rooms and 7 bathrooms, the plot is 3.300 metres, the property is in 3 level.
The property consist of the main house, 3 apartments, gym a small apartment for the staff, swimming pool, bars, parking, games area and everything a luxury Villa can provide.
The luxury main house (situated on the first level of the Villa) it consist of 5 bedrooms and 3 big toilets, is 220 square metres the 1st bedroom has queen size bed, 2nd has single size bed, 3rd has 2 single beds, 4th has queen size bed and 5th has single size bed (suitable for staff or a small child). There is a large kitchen, tv room, lounge area, wine area and all rooms have a balcony with sea view.
The 1st apartment (situated on the second level of the Villa) is 65 sguare metres It is a private semi-detached luxury apartment of an open plan sitting/dinning room with spacious fully equipped kitchen and veranda. It consists of two bedrooms one with queen size bed, and 2 nd one with double bed and a big toilet.
The 2nd apartment (situated too on the second level of the Villa) is 65 sguare metres with 1 bedroom and 1 big toilet, the bedroom has Queen size bed, it is too a private semi-detached luxury apartment of an open plan sitting/dinning room with spacious fully equipped kitchen, and veranda.
The 3rd apartment (situated on the 3rd level of the Villa) 60 sguare metres. It is an independent luxury apartment of an open plan sitting/dinning room along with a sofa bed with spacious fully equiped kitchen and a fire place. It consists of one bedroom with double bed a big toilet and Veranda (sofa bed can sleep 1 person).
All apartments and main house are provided with bath towels, beach towels, and everything you may need for your perfect stay, the kitchens and generally all the apartments and main house are fully luxury furnished with quality appliances.
From all windows there is beautiful sea view of the agean sea, exiting the apartments and main house there are tables, chairs a veranda with lush planted gardends and swings for more than 1 person so you can sit down and admire the mediterranean atmosphere and amazing views.

The swimming pool is on excellent quality, the system which cleans the water is an Electronic Ozone system not just chlorine, Ozone is the best and more efficient cleaning system, it can clean every bacteria.
The swimming pool is 9 meters long 4 meters wide and 1,50-3,00 meters deep.
There is an open air shower with hot water
There is sunbathe area all around swimming pool, you can sunbathe on the top corner of the swimming pool too admiring the amazing view.
The light systems, and how the Villa and apartment is operating are electronic, with Siemens computer system.
At night around the Villa, swimming pool and gardens you can enjoy a Variety of light systems and colors.
Every room has its own cooling and heat system.
There is a gym with its own sound system, bathroom and Hydro massage shower, as well as there is biliard, table tennis, a bar and gym eguipment.
Around the Villa there are cameras and a very good sequrity system.
There is parking for more than 5 cars.
Near the swimming pool there is a bar beautifly designed, with its own Dj place and a party area.
In the Villa there is a generator, in a case that the electricity stops the generator will provide electricity.
The Villa has lightning rod too in a case of bad weather conditions.
Around the villa there are fire protection bridges.
The gardens have different type of plants, flowers and trees, there is a tree house and a large dog house.

Getting around:
There are many companies that rent motor bikes, conventional cars, off road vehicles and Jeeps in logical prices. If you would like to rent a vehicle or vehicles i can arrange that for you, there are also buses (300m bus station from Villa) and taxis that can go everywhere too. If you would like boat trips there are small boats that depart everyday from the port, with these boats you can visit small islands near Skiathos, or experience a grate day trip around the island and have the chance to see Skiathos in a different way, admire the beauty and swim in amazing waters that cars can not reach.
