“The cottage is lovely and very much as described, it it is actually bigger inside than it looks on the photos mainly I think due to the double height of the lounge but whatever it is a roomy enough place for a family. It was very clean. The main bed and sofas could be more comfortable and maybe those and linens are getting a little tired and yes it would be nice if there was a dishwasher and washer/dryer but the vibe here is rustic, relaxed, back in time and for that it is very well placed as is……

They sent us a digital check-in guide with a ton of information. Many stays with rental homes and we have never seen attention to detail like this!Upon arrival, we were given a very large welcome basket, showed the property and told to call or write if anything should be needed.This property is large and can completely handle the 10 person occupancy as……

“Outstanding location overlooking the ocean. Beautifully furnished and well equipped for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay for 2 couples. We enjoyed the peaceful pastoral setting and ease of access to Clonakilty and surrounding area. Host provided excellent communication and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommended!”

“We loved staying at the barn! The place is very quiet and super green and the barn and the attached terrace is very private - except for the little white wagtail visiting every now and then. The barn has everything you need and a little extra to have a very comfortable stay. Toaster, coffee machine, a comfy fireplace, apple TV. It is very clean as well.It is a little drive away from town but thats what makes it so nice. Everyhing you might need is still within reach - such as the best……

“We loved our stay! We were 7 adults with 3 babies and found the house a great set up for a big group. Kitchen was very well equipped and great having so many bathrooms. But the best part was the views, we had amazing weather for March and we had amazing views of the sunrise every morning! We will absolutely be back. Great find!”

“We've been to Ireland about 20 times so far, but this stay definitely belongs under our top three! We had a fantastic 18-day-vacation at Tullig Rock House. The house offers all you need and the garden is just gorgeous. We enjoyed the conservatory a lot and also the outdoor seating areas. With only cattle and sheep as neighbours this place really is some nice refugium. Many thanks also to Nora who was always helpful with any kind of question. We'd love to come back again!”
