"I paid extra more to use the heated pool it was claimed the water temperature is 30degree celcius. But it was a big disappointment"

"Clean staff an amenities all great how ever when booked they had free breakfast but at the Hotel they did not not offer free breakfast."

"Room was excellent when changed but had issue with hot water in shower constantly turned cold after use also need to leave keys everytime need apartment cleaned other than that it was very good "

"The pool was empty and the staff said it was full and ok to use which was not the case There were no towels in the room nor any toiletries I had to ask for a towel and they gave me only one but not any toiletries The bathroom had a leaked and the staff were rude with bad attitudes and would rather play on their phones I would not recommend staying but with a little care and some maintenance and some helpful staff there would be a massive improvement "

"Very smooth check in, clean and daily house keeping. Good location with lots of juice/dessert shops around. Taxi easy to call. "
