"Everything was great. I’ve already checked out and have some time before my train but they are very nice, letting me wait in the lobby since it’s too cold out."
"The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We liked the restaurant. Would definitely stay again. "
"Staff was amazing. Front desk JACOB was so professional and helpful!! I can’t say enough good things about the front desk clerk who helped us during our stay. On an extremely cold night, they took the time to help us find a jump for our car and did so with patience, kindness, and total professionalism. This level of service is rare and truly appreciated. They are a real asset to this hotel And deserves a raise.
Room was clean and nice and warm when we arrived after being outside on a below zero night trying to get. Our car jumped. Roger our server upstairs was also a delight. Our server provided excellent service—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They made our experience even better. Lastly the bar was so fun. We had such a great experience at the bar thanks to Erin and Melissa. They were incredibly friendly, fun to chat with, and made a truly great Old Fashioned—even by Wisconsin standards. Their hospitality really made our night and added so much to our stay. We will definitely make this our new hotel to stay at when we come visit our son at the university of Minnesota."
